Very pleasant people who explained procedures etc. James was very helpful.

Bought an excellent bed, staff in shop were friendly knowledgeable, and polite.
Delivery staff were also excellent, friendly, punctual and quick.

Had a lovely trip out with my son today, he took me to the HSL shop, I needed a comfy chair.
The staff were very friendly, I was asked what sort of chair I wanted my son had already bought one so he said I needed a dual motor, so that’s what I looked at they are lovely. The next thing is picking your colour, I really enjoyed the visit, I’m now waiting for my new chair to be delivered.

The whole process was clearly explained, and we were not rushed or pressured. The big advantage of visiting a store like HSL is ensuring you get the right fit and options to provide long term comfort and functionality. Highly recommend this company, excellent service and staff, now awaiting delivery.

The sales lady knew everything needed to fit the chair correctly to my size, height and ability. The showroom had an excellent selection of chairs and sofas and fabrics. The advice we received was excellent. The showroom also had a toilet and we were offered a coffee and biscuits. The whole experience was superb.

Very kind and considerate attention to my needs as an elderly customer. Very good coffee too! I made two visits, on the first I was seen by Dawn and on the second by Jakub, both of whom were excellent.

We bought an HSL chair a year ago and Dawn served us. It was lovely to see Dawn again when we bought our second chair. It is great to be able to buy British as they are made in Yorkshire and the frames are guaranteed for 25 years!

We were made very welcome but left to wander at leisure. When we were ready James discussed options available and was very patient when we kept dithering between Standard/larger chair. Very satisfied with the service and the coffee. Hope furniture when it arrives is good.
