HSL Chairs - Swindon Recensioni

Very helpful staff in store who were very welcoming and knowledgeable.

Very polite and friendly young man attended to my wife and I. He was extremely knowledgeable about the beds we wanted to purchase. He explained to us as we are both disabled, that we would be able to to buy the new adjustable beds VAT Free,
Both my wife and I left the store having spent quite a lot of money, very satisfied with the whole visit.

Service was excellent - Lesley could not have been more patient and helpful. We appreciated the coffee - and the dog was made really welcome.

Went in to buy a bed, I saw Lesley who was very helpful, she knew all about the products. I didn't decide at the time as I needed to check on the size of bed I could get in the room. I ordered the bed a few days later. While in the showroom I also looked at chairs which I shall order one at a later date.
Service and Staff very good, very helpful, pleasure to shop there.

Great Sales person and colleagues.
Very helpful no pressure tactics.
Explained options and pointed out all controls.
Best sales person we have dealt with in years.

The personal touch. Friendly approachable shop staff. Efficient competent delivery staff. A stress free experience.

I was warmly welcomed by Lesley and given very useful guidance regarding my purchase.

We spent some time choosing our new chair, we had lots of good, friendly advice, but no pressure.
The showroom was well laid out with lots of choice and we felt free to wander and try out the chairs.
Having made our choice, the process was well explained. Sadly we have some weeks to wait for delivery, but we completely understand as chair is being made to order. We now look forward to receiving our new chair.

Excellent professional helpful staff - Lesley and Dawn at Swindon Store.

Have recommended store already to friends.

Leslie and Dawn couldn't have been more helpful to my elderly parents.
Not too pushy but full of information
Great service

We are very pleased with HSL staff’s politeness and kind treatment when ever we have visited the show room.
We now have two excellent recliner chairs for our need.

Very pleasant people who explained procedures etc. James was very helpful.

Bought an excellent bed, staff in shop were friendly knowledgeable, and polite.
Delivery staff were also excellent, friendly, punctual and quick.

Had a lovely trip out with my son today, he took me to the HSL shop, I needed a comfy chair.
The staff were very friendly, I was asked what sort of chair I wanted my son had already bought one so he said I needed a dual motor, so that’s what I looked at they are lovely. The next thing is picking your colour, I really enjoyed the visit, I’m now waiting for my new chair to be delivered.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. Everything explained clearly and no pressure or time restraints.
