Good honest polite person who sold my chair .

We purchased a two seater recliner and a single seat recliner from HSL in the Stockton portrack lane store and were greeted by Luke & Wendy who were absolutely fantastic professionals in every aspect of sales personnel they even made us probably the best coffee I’ve ever tasted and made us feel really welcome not because of a sales pitch but has human beings like family and we really appreciated that, we were given a time scale of 6 to 10 weeks for delivery but arrived today just under 6 weeks which is great, the quality is superb and you get what you pay for obviously it is admittedly very expensive but in return you get the best quality product and you can actually feel it’s worth, also the delivery was as smooth with Jed and Craig making us feel at ease with there professional handling our purchase with care and precision entering our property many thanks for a smooth process from the sales team right the way through to the delivery team a big thank you to you all

Wendy was extremely, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
She made us feel comfortable and relaxed.
Overall, a lovely experience.

Allison and Wendy made me feel very welcome explained every thing to about the chair I wanted they showd me how it worked even made me a coffee I bought the chair there and then than you so much Allison and wendy really great experience

Today we used HSL home visit service as we were thinking of purchasing a recliner sofa.
Jacqui & John came along, right on time, they were lovely and helpful. They brought a reclining chair with them with which they were able to demonstrate the features so easily.
They were respectful of our property and fully explained how it all worked along with the ongoing procedure.
A wonderful service which made it so easy to make an informed decision.

The initial invoice was incorrect and I paid 286.25 too much . It is now the 9th march and I am still waiting for a refund of the balance. The order confirmation still says that I only paid 840.63. Whereas I actually paid 1556. 00. But the final total is 1270 .00. Stockton branch say this has all been corrected with your finance department and my refund is being sorted.

John and Steph came to the nursing home my mother is in. They were very patient with her and explained everything about how the seat should fit her once she was sitting in it. They brought more than one chair for her to try and made sure it was the correct size for her.

Steph and John were very pleasant, polite and explained everything very clearly. There was absolutely no pressure. I was delighted to find an exact match to a rug. I would thoroughly recommend HSL.

From when I rang HSL to arrange a home visit, to Steph and John arriving with two chairs for us to try, all went very well. Steph and John were very helpful, knowledgeable and patient whilst we decided what to order. We now look forward to our new chairs being delivered. Thanks also for the little present of tea and biscuits!

We visited the showroom on Portrack Lane on two occasions and were impressed by the level of service and help we received. Today we ordered two recliner chairs and Steph and Luke talked us through the options, there was no pressure just every assistance to help us make the right choice. We would highly recommend this company and in particular this showroom and staff.

We visited HSL at Stockton today to purchase a recliner chair. We couldn't have been treated any better, the staff were very friendly, helpful, and couldn't do any more for us. We purchase a chair after much deliberation,( which must of been a trouble for the staff), we also purchased a pair of single beds
This was all done close to closing time but none of the staff were pushing to get us out, would highly recommend this shop if you require recliner chairs or beds.

The young ladies at the Stockton store were friendly, attentive informative and knowledgeable.
Such a change these days to get this level of customer service. Well done😀

Had John and Steph out today from HSL for my husband who needs a riser recliner chair they were so friendly no pressure whatsoever and very helpful we have ordered him a beautiful chair so happy with the service, would recommend this company in a heart beat.

Chantelle… from the office… was so incredibly helpful.
The ladies from the Portrack Lane Stockton branch, could not have been more sympathetic, helpful and accommodating.
I will certainly use this company (when the time comes) and recommend them to friends.

Excellent service from start to finish
Wendy and John turned up at our house with a chair to try
They were very respectful, pleasant and friendly, my husband was not rushed and allowed time to try the chair, they made him feel at ease
Everything was explained carefully without being pushy
We were very pleased to order a chair for fast delivery and and look forward to receiving it on Monday

Upon entering HSL my wife and I were greeted by Allison asking if we would like a cup of tea or coffee and then was shown around the various reclining chairs, guiding us in the right direction for a chair that would be suitable for me and her guidance was a great help in choosing the chair that would be good for me an order placed and looking forward to a comfortable time ahead

Ali & Steph provided great customer service during our visit. We tried out a number of chairs to find the correct size and did not feel rushed. We had arrived quite late in the day but they were happy to let us take our time with choices. While the chair is not the cheapest on the market, we went for the one with most features which should provide great comfort to my husband who spends most of his days in one chair. All in all a great experience done with the minimal of fuss. Chocolate biscuits were great.

Visited Stockton on tees HSL store today. Was greeted warmly by Steph. We were allowed to browse without being hassled. However, Steph and Alli were both on hand to answer specific questions we had about the product we were interested in. Great customer service from 2 ladies who were professional, warm and friendly. Would definitely recommend. Also HSL deliveries called within an hour of leaving the shop to arrange delivery in 3 days. Exceptional service.
