John and Jackie at Stockton store made me very welcome but not overwhelming.
They were very knowledgeable and gave me time to decide about my purchase of recliner chair

The service was 2nd to none, the sales people were great pleasant and well informed Jill our assistant was really great, But the overall staff were amazing.

I think the lady was called Stephanie who looked after my mum and I. She was so lovely, patient and very helpful. She is an asset to HSL.

Excellent customer service - staff could not have been more helpful. Not pushy, great product knowledge, answered all our questions, lots of patience. I didn't expect going to choose a chair for my dad to be such a tonic for him!

The Customer Service person (John Cameroon) who explained & helped us decide was excellent. He was patient, took time to answer questions & was a kind person. Thank you John

Visited the Stockton branch and was helped by 2 very helpful ladies, one of whom was called Jackie. They greeted me at the door, offered me a drink and then helped me find what I wanted. Excellent service, sofa ordered, everything was throughly explained, perfect.

From entering the store to leaving we were made to feel welcome. The choice was excellent and the customer service from Allena was excellent!! Very happy with my purchase and can't wait to receive it. The biscuits and teabags were a nice touch too.

Excellent service and advice from John and Steph from the Stockton Showroom when they paid us a home visit. And also from Wendy at the end of the telephone.
Our furniture was very efficiently assembled in our home by Carl and his colleague. We are extremely pleased.

Treated as a special guest from the minute we arrived at the Stockton on Tees branch. Special mention for Wendy, Jackie and John, who spent time explaining to my elderly mother in law everything that she needed to know regarding buying a chair. She was really impressed with everything and even ended up buying a bed as well.

The two sales assistants were very attentive and talked us through our options for a chair with lumbar support.I recieved a phone call 2 days prior to delivery confirming a proposed time and date for delivery.On the day I received a message and then a phone call from the van driver Damien who then arrived on time and put the chair together.All together a quality product and excellent
service.

Cannot fault HSL, staff and customer service is friendly and first class, Stephanie and John who demonstrated a chair were polite, friendly and very helpful, honest and patient. There was no pressure to purchase items you were not sure about. Great choice of fabrics and furniture styles.

Brilliant service, Steph was a superstar

Had a wonderful experience with Wendy and Ali at Portrack Lane shop. After my mum having a bad experience at another retailers, My mum was so upset and both ladies reassured her that they would be able to help and they did. We got a cuppa tea and biscuits while looked around store and made our minds up. On completing with the paper work and leaving both the ladies gave mum a massive hug and said if we were ever passing call in and say hello. Wendy and Ali I am sure we will and thank you both so so much x

We have just had a sette and recliner chair delivered by Paul and Thomas very professional team took care with our property fitted everything together put them in the place we wanted tested the recliner and went through what to do if we get a issue very please customer so from first going into the shop the staff were fantastic Steph Wendy and Alison to get the furniture delivered we could haven't got better service anywhere well done HSL

The delivery team of Carl & Graham kept me informed of their expected day and time of arrival and were more than happy to move existing furniture to allow for the new chair. Would recommend and use again.

Both John and Wendy from the Stockton branch were really friendly and helpful. They brought 2 chairs to my home to give me some options. There was no hard sell just lots of information to enable me to make a choice. I would thoroughly recommend them and HSL.

Im a returning customer to HSL ....need i say more? Service, customer care, politeness, quality of furniture all superb. Steph and John were so helpful it was a pleasure to see them again. I cant wait for my new sofa and chair to arrive. Thankyou so much ....also for the tea and biscuits!!
