Lovely people to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We paid three visits before deciding which colour and combination of chair/sofa we wanted.
Refreshments were offered every visit.

Adam in the store to customer services were friendly and professional.

My furniture arrived within the time slot. It was in excellent condition as you would expect from HSL. Alex and Gordon made the delivery. They were both extremely professional, efficient and pleasant and had the furniture in place within 30 minutes. Job well done.

Professional staff, explained everything about the chair we picked. Plenty of choice in styles and fabrics. Really friendly staff that left you to discuss your purchase. Explained everything and didn’t feel pressured at all to buy.

My Father who is blind, was given exceptional service, time and advice when choosing his chair. Not only blind, he suffers with poor back, hips and knees.
We received delivery of the chair 2 weeks earlier than expected by a lovely delivery team Gordon and Alex. They made my Dad feel at ease and placed the chair where he wanted it, they were polite, quick and helpful. Would recommend

Richard and Ian visited me today in Morecambe they was very welcoming and friendly, we was a at ease straight away. Richard wasn't pushy about us buying a chair. He took his time and explained everything clearly, he was very helpful.

Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient staff. Spent lots of time with me and my husband, showing us various styles and types of rise and recline chairs, without being pushy or hurrying us. We were happy to purchase a chair, which actually cost more than we had originally planned for, but we felt we were getting exactly the type and style of chair we wanted, plus quite a few extras that we thought were worth paying for. Would happily go back there again, should the need arise.
