Welcoming, very efficient but not pushy.

Jason was very helpful, not pushy but was knowledgeable. In order to check the information given to us he consulted his colleague who confirmed that the information given was correct. He explained the differences between the different types of chairs and sofas, and the price banding for the coverings. We came away feeling valued as a customer of HSL. We would have no hesitation in advising friends or familyito go and see what HSL have to offer.

Very caring staff who fully explained everything in detail and made is aware of everything we needed to know. They were punctual and kept us updated of expected time of arrival through traffic problems.

Warm welcome very helpful from Jason Debbie and Adam. Im a very happy customer and awaiting my delivery. Well done all of you

Greeted with a warm welcome, advice on different chairs. Not rushed time given to sit an try out different chairs.

The chairs we were shown were fabulous. However, it was the service that was really impressive. My elderly father was given a cup of tea and all the features of the chairs were expertly demonstrated. The assistant clearly had qualifications in the requirements for older people which provided plenty of reassurance.

First of all the staff, they are very helpful and friendly. The quality of the furniture is superb and very comfortable. The delivery was on time.

Great product knowledge, gave us plenty of information and time given to try out the different beds without feeling hurried. Loved the extra little details like the refreshments offered. The fact that HSL do their own deliveries is a huge plus for us ,having just been let down by another company who outsourced that final most important piece of the sales process.

Very helpful with consideration, friendly service

We went to the stockport HSL on the 24th may 2026 sales man was Phil i told him what i wonted which was a double bed rise and fall with separate mattresses my husband wonted a medium strength I wont a soft one. He showed us the mattresses I picked mine and my husband picked he's. Phil offered us a cuppa tea which he made for us, then we picked the rest the colour of the headboard, the colour I wonted they only do for chair or settees but I picked a differant one no problem. Phil was very noligable about all the furniture . He was very nice knew all the answers to the questions I asked him. I certainly go again if I need recliner chairs there was no rushing you out like other furniture shops do. Thanks Phil.

We bought a reclining chair for my 92 year old Mum. Philip who attended to us was so professional and very knowledgeable and helpful.
He explained everything to us and was really patient. Mum is absolutely thrilled with her chair and it's definitely helping her.
This is a great company and we definitely recommend it. The delivery was efficient too.

Adam was very kind, courteous to my elderly mum who was buying a bed.
He made the process very simple and straight forward.
The guys who collected the old bed were great too.
