Great delivery team!
Ordered a recliner chair for my mum online as we needed a quick delivery due to her being discharged from hospital after breaking her hip. Communication from the team regarding delivery was excellent and the chair arrived quickly. Alex and Kris were the delivery team and we couldn't praise them enough - set up and instructions given and mum very happy (and very comfortable!) in her new chair!

Excellent service,I was able to try all the chairs that I was interested in purchasing.We spent about two hours there.The salesman Philip was very helpful and explained all the workings of the chairs and the size I needed to be comfortable.Very well presented experience.I have ordered a recliner riser and I can't wait to be more comfortable.So far so good and looking forward.I will definitely recommend HSL for the experience and no pressure to buy.Thank you.

No pressure
Jason was very helpful, not pushy but was knowledgeable. In order to check the information given to us he consulted his colleague who confirmed that the information given was correct. He explained the differences between the different types of chairs and sofas, and the price banding for the coverings. We came away feeling valued as a customer of HSL. We would have no hesitation in advising friends or familyito go and see what HSL have to offer.
