The lady and gentleman that came to see me were so friendly and helpful I can't fault them at all. Explained everything and made sure the chair would fit.

Had a wonderful visit to HSL, was well looked after , we were helped by the manager Marie, she did not rush us and explained everything and showed us everything we were looking for.
My husband and I was impressed with the service and the products. We ended up buying a bed from HSL and have plans to visit the showroom again. We would recommend visiting on the service and the products available

On my initial visit to the store I spoke to Ellie who was very helpful and provided a lot of information, when I returned to make my purchase I was served by Maria who was equally knowledgeable. Both staff were very friendly and made my visits very pleasant.

On 31st May I visited the Southampton HSL to look at rise and recline chairs. I was greeted warmly by Ellena who advised me on the range, and encouraged me to try for comfort and style. I finally made my selection over tea and biscuits.
Ellena was friendly and professional throughout this process. I have no hesitation in recommending Ellena to anyone wanting a personal service selecting a comfortable chair/sofa.

We so appreciated the home visit as Jenny is housebound, and the careful consideration of her requirements. A chair was brought into her property and assembled and she was given time to sit in it to assess if it was what she really needed. She didn’t want to get out of the chair as she felt so comfortable!

As we were unable to visit the Showroom as the client is a wheelchair user they visited the Care Home and brought 2 riser/recliner chairs to try and also material samples to choose from

Kimmy was very helpful and knowledgeable. She went through all options and demonstrated the various chairs. At no stage was I pressured to buy, just lots of helpful advice in a personal manner. Like chatting with an old friend. She’s an asset to HSL and we were happy to buy not one but two chairs!

The sales gentleman was first class being very knowledgeable.
The chosen chair was expensive compared with other suppliers but nonetheless our choice

I went with my two 90 year old grandparents to buy a rise and recline chair. My grandparents, although lovely, are very fussy and have a thousand questions. They have had bad experiences at other shops and can get stressed easily. We had the most amazing sales woman named Ellena. She was absolutely amazing, very kind, very patient and knowledgeable. The other staff were also very friendly and helpful. The customer service was just excellent. I cannot thank you enough for making sure my grandparents felt their voice was heard and they were not rushed or pressured. We were given loads of time, tea and coffee and had all our questions answered. They have come away very happy with a wonderful new chair on the way.

HSL have just delivered my beautiful new Stressless recljner chair, fitted to my size, in less than one week. Showroom staff at Hedge End were helpful and delivery was smooth and quicker than promised .

From a warm welcome at the door to a patient and informative demonstration of the chair we were interested in, Germaine, our Comfort Specialist excelled. We were given all the information we needed and sufficient time, under no sales pressure to decide on the right chair for our needs. Simply first class sales.

I was looked after by Kim from the Hedge End store. Very professional in helping me choose my ideal chair. Made sure it was the correct height etc and patiently helped me as I looked through all the leather swatches.

The sales lady who came to my grandfathers home was brilliant, as was the driver who brought the two chairs in. Communication was excellent from the first booking.

Today was delivery day. The delivery men came in, put the chair in place, rushed through the information for the handset, even when my grandfather (86) said he couldn’t see as he was sat far away, the man just said oh well there’s 4 buttons. We wernt asked if we were happy with the chair, or given the opportunity to report any faults. They asked for a signature but not explained what it was for and then left. The whole process was less than 10mins. I had to move the chair as it wasn’t left in a sensible position, something we were told would happen at the point of purchase. Maybe advise your delivery men to slow down and remember a lot of their customer base are elderly and need that little bit of extra time. After spending over £2000 I would have expected better service than I get at Lidl.

From selecting, ordering and delivery the service has been first class. The furniture arrived as promised and was quickly assembled by Andy and Wayne,full instructions were given by Andy.

So impressed with the expert advise and personal home visit. Having spoken on the phone and giving our requirements, a chair came for my wife to try and based on that we were advised on the size and type of chair for her. Based on their advise we ordered a chair which was exactly right for her
