Just had my chairs delivered by Carl and Lee, they were polite, friendly and professional.
Just what you want, but unfortunately hard to find these days.
I would highly recommend them and HSL.
A great experience from start to finish.

Chose a reclining bed with individual mattress Louise at rotherham gave us all the information without any pressure to buy. It was delivered in the time frame as ordered. The 2 gentleman who delivered it Craig and Danny where brilliant. Polite and well mannered, great installation.

Went to HSL Bawtry Rd Rotherham ,just to see which chairs were available to me,Christine and Amanda greeted me as I entered the shop very friendly not pushy .i actually selected the chair I loved then chose the leather which was best for a room facing south with sunlight flooding in .Desl completed that day now I need to wait for the delivery of my chair and

HSL Rotherham. An excellent experience from the first showroom visit to delivery.

Visited the Rotherham showroom to look for a sofa and on entering had a friendly welcome from Angela, who was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the options available. There was no pressure to buy and I went home to think it over, then went back a couple of days later and made my purchase which I am really happy about. All very relaxing with coffee and biscuits too. Looking forward now to the delivery of my new sofa.

I went to the Bramley store with my daughter and the team were very welcoming and professional. They gave me time to look around and then asked if I was interested in hearing more about any specific range. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and gave me all the options available on what I could benefit from and the quality and craftsmanship was first class . I am over the moon with my new suite and my special chair that helps my needs. The delivery team again were excellent and took care in my home and made time to explain the controls . I will learn to use it over time , but I would have liked a written guide to read to help me once they have gone .

The browsing experience was not pressured we were allowed to take as much time as we needed and try things out for comfort and feel. We then left the showroom to think about a purchase and returned later to actually buy.

HSL made you welcome as soon as you came through door and very helpful and went through what you wanted to know before you buy anything we would recommend this company furniture all the time.

Staff in the store were very friendly and helpful especially as I took my elderly mother to buy an adjustable bed and she needed more than the average persons help in this process.
However I was then most disappointed when I was misguided regarding disposal of mums old bed…. Charge was £150 when purchasing a £3500 bed !
It turned out I didn’t need to pay that as the bed delivery guys were happy to remove the old bed to the garage and I could have arranged for the council to collect the old bed for £25 ! I thought I had to have the old bed out of the way prior to their arrival. Very disappointing . Maybe a need for staff being informed of this fact.

Can I now add since my original review I have received excellent customer service with full acknowledgment of my concern and the need for a training update on said matter. Thank you HSL. .

On arrival at HSL Rotherham I was greeted by Lynn and Christine and immediately put at ease helped by tea & biscuits. They both are excellent representatives of HSL - very knowledgeable about all the products and I was given as much time as I wanted before making a choice of bed, mattress and headboard. After deciding on the bed I was shown around the extensive range of suites and Lynn explained the size compatible to my physique. So I finished up buying not only a bed but also a suite! This decision was based on the products and the first class approach of the staff.

Open pricing policy. No high pressure sales as is often the case fir adjustable beds and chairs. Refreshing to be treated like an intelligent human being not a gullable old codger!!
