I was contacted the night before delivery to advise on time slot and that I would be contacted 20mins before they Arrived at my property. Alex & Asad were very polite and cheerful the brought my chair in and Alex setup the chair. I was shown through the controls and explained how they work, I was given the information pack and the cleaning kit which I had ordered. I can highly recommend HSL as company their services were excellent from buying to the point of delivery 5*+ great experience.(love my new chair)

We have just taken delivery of a lovely Guiseppe Nicoletti suite which we are delighted with.
The staff at HSL Rotherham, Natalie and Lynn, were very attentive and knowledgeable about the different products, making the whole experience very enjoyable.
The delivery team, Paul and Paul, were quick and efficient in assembling the furniture.
We would definitely recommend to anyone.

The staff in the showroom in Rotherham were extremely helpful.
The two gentlemen who delivered the chair, Chris and Terry were great. They helped carry the old setee out side and spent time showing us how the new raise and recliner chair worked.

We recently visited the Bramley, Rotherham store about 2 or 3 times i might add whilst we decided on a new sofa and chair. We were greeted by Lynn each time. Lynn was very patient and informative, not pushy. guiding us through until we made our choice. Thank you look forward to receiving our furniture.

My dad and I visited twice - initially with my brother and then secondly with my husband. On both visits we were greeted with experienced, knowledgeable, lovely, welcoming staff,. We, on both occasions were treated with respect, kindness and our questions answered. Tea/coffee and biscuits were provided as a lovely gesture on both occasions. We are very happy with the staff - NOT pushy- but happy to help you with the correct sizing/seating you need and with care. We are awaiting delivery of dad's new seating with high expectations. It was a wonderful experience and Lynn from the Rotherham branch really looked after me. There is no hard sell like I have found in other shops. I got the chair that fitted me exactly and I am waiting for it to be delivered. The choice of fabrics and colours are vast. I cant wait to be comfortable when sitting. Lynn took her time with me, ensuring I understood everything involved. She was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. By the end of the appointment I felt a great rapport. She kept my plied with biscuits and tea :-), which was really appreciated. I couldn't have wanted a better experience. Yes HSL are a little more expensive than other off the peg chairs but having tried this type of chair, the difference was enormous. Although it a considered purchase I know it will be well worth the money.

From the moment we arrived to to the moment we left it was an amazing relaxing experience The two ladies who took care of us were helpful knowledgeable informative and pleasant beyond anything I can remember. They made it a very happy shopping afternoon . Lynn and Christine did everything they could to explain all we needed to know about the chairs we were trying, things like the positions and the ways the chairs could be adjusted for the maximum and individual comfort of any particular person. They both really did all they could to help so thank you Lynn an Christine for all you did and sorry for all the the drinks and bikkys a shifted for you [tongue in cheek] Your showroom, product and service are all first class as are you two.

Called in at this branch early Sunday morning beginning of march and the experience of the two ladies one i belive was Christine was 1st class nothing to much trouble,very informative about my requirements (and the coffee and biscuits went down well).
HSL kept me informed well on delivery as well the two gents who delivered the chair(Chris and Terry)who explained things,simple delivery they called 30 minutes before delivery .
Excellent company to deal with 5*****
