Bad customer service
Went in today to look for a footstool to accompany a sofa bought from a different company on the off chance they would have something that would complement. Greeted as soon as I entered, but once I explained what I was looking for, I was met with a very standoffish attitude from the advisor as there wasn’t many options that could be bought separately from the collections, and was promptly marched to the exit by her without even the chance to look upstairs (I was intending to browse for other bits too). I guess my money just wasn’t good enough.
Absolutely no creativity or ingenuity used from the advisor.

We visited HSL Preston …
We visited HSL Preston this afternoon n Jodie made us so we'll n explained all about them n we sat on some amazing comfortable chairs n settees n offered us a lovely cappuccino n she was very patient n we will be back again soon n would certainly recommend them

We had an excellent experience of care…
We had an excellent experience of care and attention from the staff at the new Preston shop. Particularly Nathan who looked after us with patience whilst we deliberated over our choice. We consequently spent a lot of money on what we wanted, helped by not feeling pressured but supported.
