The greeting, and allowing us to just look around the items we were looking for. Then the assistance provided by the client consultant Chandni, was very useful as it covered all the various options available, without any pressure.
This allowed us to decide the style of chair, look at the various coverings etc without thinking about what's included in the price.

When j went in the shop at Queens street shopping centre in preston I was greeted by JODIE she asked what I was looking for I told the couch I had was too low so showed me some chairs, when I sat in them they were so comfortable, I choose one that I liked I told her I would be back the day after to confirm the sale I'm very happy with the chairs I can't wait for the to come, thank you jodie for all you help

Harrison Spinks mattresses are sheer luxury, we were lucky enough to be served today by the amazing staff who made the bed 2 times for us to try it!
We can’t wait for our new mattress to arrive, thank you all at HSL but especially Chand who made sure our every ask was met. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ripley chair I've ordered is brilliant! I'm tall, so height "grande" is perfect, very comfortable with support for neck, back and knees. And a very good price including beautiful hard-wearing leather upholstery.

Jodie, the sales person who advised me was first-class. She took care to make sure we selected the right sizing and shape of chair, was very patient and not remotely pushy, and very knowledgeable about HSL products. Also very helpful in sending out additional upholstery samples so I could check out the right colour at home.

Other staff were also pleasant and helpful, bringing coffee and biscuits!

The store was lovely, well set out, bright and airy.

Jodie was very friendly and helpful. She left us plenty of time to look around and browse the furniture but was on hand when we had questions. She also made us some coffees to enjoy while we were choosing. A very pleasant shopping experience, even my husband didn’t moan!

We had particular needs and those needs were more than met by Chand at HSL Preston. She was most knowledgeable, helpful and patient. She was not pushy and didn't rush us. We were there quite some time whilst deciding on our purchase. Chand was a charming, cheerful, thoughtful and lovely person. We are totally satisfied with our purchase. Thank you so much.

The young lady who approached us when entering the sales room greeted us with a smile and friendly attitude. The product was available to see and we where pleased with her presentation. Wouldn't hesitate to use HSL again.

Good choice in store,colours,patterns etc.Tried different sizes of chair to make sure it was perfect fit and comfortable.

The Showroom was immaculately presented, the furniture was varied and pleasantly well priced. I was left to browse but assisted by Jodie who was very well informed on the product range, empathetic, courteous and extremely professional. My visit was made pleasurable by this staff member and I look forward to taking delivery of my Himolla Recliners in due course.

The staff is store were excellent. We were able to look around at our own pace then work through the functions and fabric options we wanted.
The staff couldn’t do enough for us. Sue was excellent from start to finish.

Charlie at Preston is great!

She was very helpful, personable & knowledgeable about all the furniture we looked at and sat on.

We were talking about our requirements and she knew exactly the type of suite that would suit us best, showing us the fabrics and Colours that were available, explaining the ordering and payment system and options for re-homing our existing furniture.

We had a great experience buying our new furniture at the Preston branch.

Delivery: was excellent, booking a slot was really easy and on the day, we received a call when Paul & Thomas were about 30 minutes away. They were professional, they took care when delivering our chair, thank you.

New store everyone finding their feet. Unsure of some things but so willing to find right answers

Overall, it was quite an uncomfortable experience. The staff were sitting on the sofas waiting for us to leave, which made us feel as though we were inconveniencing them. We wanted to browse the beds at our own pace, but instead we were escorted around the shop and quickly ushered towards the exit.

As first impressions of a new store go, it left us feeling unwelcome. We simply wanted to have a look around without any pressure, but the atmosphere made us feel like we weren’t welcome to browse. Unfortunately, it’s not somewhere I would be in a hurry to return to.

Good staff made you feel comfortable

My wife and I visited the newly opened Preston showroom yesterday and were warmly welcomed by the staff. We were interested in buying two armchairs and a sofa. Sue showed us the range of styles and advised us on the size of chair suitable for us. We spent some time deciding on the style we liked and which was the most comfortable and supportive for us.There was no rush or pressure. We eventually decided on what we wanted, and Sue went through the ordering process very carefully with us, and helped us with a range of extras. Overall, a very pleasant experience with helpful staff in a lovely environment. Highly recommended. Thank you, Sue.

Our new chairs were delivered within the eight weeks timescale. The delivery guys assembled the chairs, placed the extras, and showed us how to operate them. All very efficient. Having now been using them for a week, we are very pleased with our purchase.
