Just had a second visit from Hayley & Liam ( HV Norwich) and on both occasions found them very knowledgeable/ pleasant and helpful.
Ordered two riser chairs & settee, so if they arrive as planned we will recommend HSL Norwich to our friends.

Hayley and Liam were very helpful and accommodating, assuring us in selecting the right sized chair and set up. The home visit, they were very friendly and made it fun to choose. I would highly recommend this service to family and friends. The gentleman who delivered the chair was very helpful, considerate and polite.

From brilliant and attentive advice from knowledgeable sales people in the Norwich showroom, to checking delivery time with Customer Support, to the quality of the hand-built chair and finally with Carl and Damion the delivery and installation team, this is a high quality experience and service. As my mate in York would say “That’s proper Yorkshire my Friend”. And a comfortable and stylish chair for my 91 year old Mum who’s a very happy customer!!

Excellent compassionate service from enquires through customer services to the home visit by Liam & Jane both of whom were polite, friendly & knowledgeable, answering concerns & offering alternatives. Their help was particularly useful in guidelines with the chair fitting to suit our individual postures.
Information regards delivery, possible cancellation & removal of existing furniture was also provided
Altogether a worthwhile & professional experience.

The delivery team of Paul and Jon called a couple of hours before delivery to make sure all was well for an earlier than booked delivery and we were more than happy to accept. The guys unpacked the chair and brought it into the house and the room it was going to occupy.
They assembled the chair and explained all of the functions, gave us the care kit and welcome pack. All packaging was removed by the guys and they were always polite and helpful. A truly 5 star experience.

The chair was delivered today by Damian and Carl P. It was exactly as ordered and is extremely comfortable. The delivery was carried out with utmost courtesy. They even moved another chair to another room to make room for it

We started with a demo which was great as they brought the style of chair we were thinking of, ordered a chair there and then with an abundance of fabric choices to choose from. HSL said 6 to 8 weeks for delivery but arrived today which was before the time frame. We also had the old chair taken away which was collected with no problems. All in all absolutely fantastic. Would give a 10 star rating if could

Showroom staff were extremely helpful and provided useful advice.
Delivery was faster than expected, and the delivery team (Ian and Paul) gave me a 30 minute warning, which they achieved within a minute or two. They delivered the chair to my flat efficiently and courteously.

Ian and Paul were very prompt with the delivery of my sofa and it was set up in less than20 minutes. They were also very friendly and helpful. Excellent service!

Visited the Norwich showroom and was greeted by
Hayley. She made us very welcome giving us coffee and biscuits as well as plenty of information on all the chairs. The relaxed atmosphere made it so much easier to select a chair design and fabric. Thank you for your help Hayley.

When choosing the sofa and chairs we were given the help we required but also left to our own devices. They made sure that the chairs etc fitted us as we are both tall. Also that they could be assembled on site narrow doors. Appreciated the beverages and biscuits.
We have both been impressed with the service that HSL has given. The removal of the old furniture went without a hitch. Arrived on time and finished dismantling within 20mins.
Had a call from HSL saying they could deliver the day before but no pressure - kept to the original day. Arrived spot on time - assembled the furniture with no problems. Would recommend and use HSL again.
