Having had an excellent experience when ordering a new sofa as previously reviewed, delivery and installation were equally as good with a friendly team from Yorkshire delivering to Norfolk.

Very friendly staff, good display of all the choices, dog friendly staff, good advice and prompt service.

I thought that I was unable to buy because the cover’s for quick delivery did not match my room but the demo chair was perfect and after a request I was allowed to buy that one despite it causing difficulty, because that was the one on the van. I am absolutely delighted with it. This is the third HSL in our family and we are all reaopleasef with them, and I amso pleased with how the wine colour fits perfectly with my decor. It is also extremely comfortable.

From my first enquiry right through to the delivery of my beautiful new HSL chair the people that I have spoken to have been so polite and helpful. I appreciated the home visit where I could try a chair that they brought and measurements were taken to ensure that my chair would
be comfortable and suit my needs. Well done to all involved.

Had a home visit by HSL to demonstrate reclining chairs for my elderly mother in law. Hayley & Liam from the Norwich branch conducted the visit. They where on time, polite, friendly and a great help to my mother in law. The chair was great just what she needed. Hopefully the delivery will be as efficient as everything else has been with HSL. Bit of advice for HSL, your advertisement for a 50%+/- discount for your furniture items is very misleading and obviously does not apply to reclining chairs for the elderly. I was able to try a chair out in my own home, to browse the catalogue and examples of furnishings in my own time. My questions were answered fully and the visiting team (Hayley and Liam), were amazing. They were very kind, friendly and helpful. I could not have asked for more.

We bought a recliner chair for our 88 year old mother in December the company sent 2 people from the Norwich company we paid extra for arm chair covers and care kit we are now in April and we are still waiting for the items we have phoned every week since the purchase asking where are they we get the same response they are on their way the chair remote control for the chair has not worked every time this chair is supposed to be bran new it cost over £2,500 engineers came out to repair the chair replaced the control button and complete engine we have asked to speak to someone higher up in the company was told he would call in the next 24 hours but we never did hear from him despite constant phone calls and still waiting for customer service to sort this for a big company they feel nothing for their customer this is very stressful as they have already taken our money it’s very very sad when the family scraps together to buy this for her well being

The comfort specialist Hayley and Liam from HV Norfolk were very helpful and charming people who listened tio what was needed and reshowed us a couple of chairs that would suit our requirements. They were both friendly and helpful and we didn't feel under pressure to make a decision. However we decided on one of the chairs and they went through all decisions that I had to make. Highly recommended and would go to them again.

Very good demonstration in our own home. We both tried both specification of chair and found we both needed different sizes. They worked very well as a team and were able to answer all our questions so we ordered a suite there & then. Very happy with HSL so far.

Michele gave us a very friendly welcome, and advised on the best type of recliner to suit my wife, taking into account my wife’s health issues. My wife tried several chairs being guided by Michele’s extensive knowledge before deciding which one was the most comfortable for her. We were then given coffee and biscuits to give us time to make sure my wife was happy, and to review our purchase. It was a very pleasurable expirience visiting HSL Norwich.

What amazing service HSL gives , l had 2 visits from Hayley,Liam, and jane , extremely knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble , from bringing in 2 different chairs on 2 separate days , just to make sure the chairs were a perfect fit for me , l was blown away with the HUGE range of fabrics to chose from , one very happy customer , and cannot wait to get my new chair
