Jane was very helpful. She gave me plenty of time to make a decision and didn't push me in any way. I was given time to use all the features and to decide if that was what I wanted. Sh we e was very patient.July

My Wife and I were greeted at the Norwich store entrance by a lovely lady Sales person who made us feel welcome with a genuine smile and welcoming voice. Throughout the process, which, by the way was a painless and enjoyable experience there was no pressure whatsoever and everything was explained in full in a professional yet very friendly manner giving us ample time to absorb and discuss if necessary the information offered. Well done HSL.I can now look forward to the delivery of my new chair with Well placed confidence.

Informative and friendly staff, especially Jane. In addition there was no pressure to make a purchase just detailed info. Follow up visit to make the purchase was just as helpful and friendly.

Well looked after by Jane. Not rushed but patiently discussed various sofas and chairs, also materials. Advice on best for our comfort.

a quick response to my first contact, and a visit a few days later. My lovely consultants brought lots of information, and spent time with me to help decisions. They brought 2 chairs for me to try, and then returned two weeks later for me to try other chairs to confirm my decision. Order made - now awaiting new furniture !

We had a very pleasant visit to the Norwich HSL store. We were greeted at the door by Hayley who cheerfully and knowledgeably showed us around the types of chairs we were interested in, explaining all their features.
We had never been to a HSL store before but found the welcome and service very good indeed. The cherry on the top was that amongst all the chairs, we found a more modern looking style that will fit our home perfectly.

Made to feel very welcome and given plenty of time to explore and to decide.
Hayley And Liam from Norwich office were delightful and really helpful considering my parents elderly had not bought any new furniture for a while.

First class service by sales Lady explained everything

helpful and informed staff, who arranged a home trial of a riser recliner chair. As my husband cannot get out at the moment because of a fractured pelvis, it made choosing the right chair easy. Outcome - within a day we had the chair we urgently needed. I can't speak highly enough of the service provided

Jane and Liam arrived promptly and were both friendly and efficient when demonstrating and patient when I was choosing from the good number of fabrics available.Jane was most helpful when I asked her advice and Liam was very clear in demonstrating the recliner.I was not hurried in any way and the whole procedure was carefully explained.Both had a good sense of humour and clearly are a good team together.It was a delight to meet them.

Having had an excellent experience when ordering a new sofa as previously reviewed, delivery and installation were equally as good with a friendly team from Yorkshire delivering to Norfolk.

Very friendly staff, good display of all the choices, dog friendly staff, good advice and prompt service.

I thought that I was unable to buy because the cover’s for quick delivery did not match my room but the demo chair was perfect and after a request I was allowed to buy that one despite it causing difficulty, because that was the one on the van. I am absolutely delighted with it. This is the third HSL in our family and we are all reaopleasef with them, and I amso pleased with how the wine colour fits perfectly with my decor. It is also extremely comfortable.

From my first enquiry right through to the delivery of my beautiful new HSL chair the people that I have spoken to have been so polite and helpful. I appreciated the home visit where I could try a chair that they brought and measurements were taken to ensure that my chair would
be comfortable and suit my needs. Well done to all involved.

Hayley & Liam from HSL Norwich were brilliant helped my elderly parents measure up for comfortable chairs with perfect measurements. Had the patience of saints. My parents got two chairs perfect for each of them.

Brilliant customer service knowledgeable and friendly staff

Had a home visit by HSL to demonstrate reclining chairs for my elderly mother in law. Hayley & Liam from the Norwich branch conducted the visit. They where on time, polite, friendly and a great help to my mother in law. The chair was great just what she needed. Hopefully the delivery will be as efficient as everything else has been with HSL. Bit of advice for HSL, your advertisement for a 50%+/- discount for your furniture items is very misleading and obviously does not apply to reclining chairs for the elderly. Many thanks Hayley & Liam.
