Amanda and Suzanne from the Newcastle branch were extremely helpful with the purchase of my new chair. We made two visits to the store of about an hour each. We were not 'sold' to but offered help when we needed it and left alone to make my choice. I have nothing but praise for the whole experience.

A lovely welcome into the showroom. Amazing customer service from Vicki at Newcastle. She was so patient with my 95yr old mum. It took a while, and after her trying lots of chairs a decision was made. Vicki took the time to expedite the delivery and even made mum a cuppa whilst trying out the very good range of riser recliner chairs. Cannot thank her enough.

Everything beautifully explained, the size and type of chair that would be suitable for me by Suzanne.

Visited HSL Chairs in Newcastle on 21st April looking to purchase a new Stressless Recliner. Greeted by Amanda who was very friendly and helpful in assisting me choose a chair to suit my needs. All in all a great experience and would certainly recommend without hesitation.

Everyone in the showroom was very helpful, and no pressure to buy, Paul and Paul who delivered the chair were excellent, very polite and efficient when they carried the chair through some difficult twists to get it in the required room.

No pushy sales lady following you around - we could wander around at our own pace & look at all options.
When we asked for help a lovely lady named Alison came over. She was very helpful describing options that were available & also explained various ideas which would work for me.

Lee and Carl F arrived promptly, were polite and cheerful and had our 4 riser chairs assembled in no time at all. A brilliant team. Very pleased with HSL product quality and comfortable chairs. Sales folk in the showroom were great also.

HSL Blaydon. Looking for a riser recliner and our first port of call was HSL. The staff were very polite and unobtrusive, we were left to look at all the range and settled on a chair. We were shown different aspects and colour swatches of the chair I had chosen and sorted out everything in a short time. The chair was going to be about 5 weeks max but we actually received it in around 3 weeks. Thank you to Paul and Paul who came and delivered the chair and set it up. Can't thank the company enough. A pleasure from start to finish, thank you.

My Mother was assisted by Charlie, he was professional, polite, patient and understanding. He was extremely knowledgeable. We waited 6 weeks for delivery which was well within given perameter. Both chairs were well worth waiting for, (made in the UK) and delivered by Terry and Paul whom were also very helpful. Would highly recommend this company.

With old age two aspects of life have begun to annoy me. Shopping and accepting that I am getting old. Tuesday combined both. I was taken by my wife to look at rise and recline chairs. Your member of staff, Alison, at your Newcastle upon Tyne shop, calmly , efficiently and with great understanding demolished all my barriers and I wait the arrival of my new rise and recline chair.
