Alex and Kev kept me up to the minute on their estimated arrival for delivery. When arrived they unpacked all components with military like precision and were respectful of our property. Our two sofas were assembled quickly and competently. It was a pleasure dealing with these two professionals.

Excellent service from start to finish, bought my chair in there sale, had a little fault when delivered, they came out and fixed it same day. Alison at Blaydon HSL is so helpful, nothing was a bother to make sure everything was just right. Many thanks Alison.

I was given expert help at HSL Gateshead by Tim in choosing the Stressless recliner that was right for me. Today the delivery was made in schedule by Craig Shane and I am delighted with the chair and the whole process through HSL.

Had a great experience at HSL looking for my ideal chair in the petite/small range. Alison was very welcoming and patient as well as being so knowledgeable about the full product range. It was very refreshing to find someone who was so helpful and at no time did I feel pressurised into making a quick decision or buying a particular product when I wasn’t sure. After sampling many chairs I settled on a super comfy Stressless recliner. A big thank you to Alison and Tim for making the whole process Stressless too – it’s very rare these days to find such impressive customer service.

We purchased our new suite from our HSL store at Blaydon and found Tim and all Staff very knowledgeable and friendly. From ordering to delivery everything went very smoothly and we were kept informed as to the delivery date. Newman and Alex were our delivery team today and we found them both to be as professional and friendly as the showroom staff. We would also like to give a special mention to the customer service team who were most helpful in resolving a problem that was solely made by ourselves. We would certainly not hesitate to recommend HSL.

Friendly welcome from Tim. Showed us various chairs and styles. Explained sizes to suit us. Lots of different materials and colours to choose from.
Very helpful further discussions with Alison and Zac (as Tim not available) about price and delivery. A warm and friendly experience.
