From Milton Keynes showroom to our home
Showroom staff at Milton Keynes were very helpful - made choosing what we wanted very straightforward.
Delivery team, (Martin and Jack), were very good - got here when they said they would, respected our property and assembled the chairs in a timely and smooth way.

Excellent Service and Incredibly Comfortable Chairs
We recently bought a pair of Stressless chairs and couldn’t be happier — they are unbelievably comfortable and worth every penny. We also got a great deal on our purchase thanks to an in-store discount.
The staff were absolutely lovely — friendly, helpful, and really knowledgeable about the products. They made the whole experience easy and enjoyable, taking the time to answer our questions and ensure we were completely happy with our choices.
We left the store feeling really looked after and confident in our purchase. Highly recommended if you’re looking for quality furniture and outstanding customer service.

Another great experience
After purchasing a chair from your Oxford store 2 weeks ago with help from the lovely Emma, I had no hesitation in requesting a home visit for my mother in law. We had a phone call asking what we were interested in and Tania and Johnny came with chairs to try in my mother in law's minute apartment, nothing was too much trouble and Tania was very patient explaining instructions, we are now awaiting our delivery. Thank you HSL

The staff are very helpful
The staff are very helpful. They talk to you about the product and encourage you to test out the product.eg sit on chairs lay on beds. You get offered tea coffee biscuits and you can take your time.

Fabulous service
Fabulous service. This team really know their product range and have an excellent eye for your comfort. We recently purchased a sofa and were having trouble deciding on finish, they gave us swatches to take home, no pressure ever applied to purchase, great advice when we did buy. Our sofa is being delivered on exactly the shortest timeframe they provided, hand built in Yorkshire and we can’t wait to start our new comfortable relaxation!

Very professional staff at Milton Keynes showroom. Helpful advice given to suitability of chairs for my wife and myself. Carl delivery driver (with Emmanuel) professional service provided, in demonstrating how to operate the rise & fall chair. Very happy with service provided by HSL.

What a great service and very…
What a great service and very knowledgeable showroom staff. Hilary at the Milton Keynes branch was soooo professional she checked us through the different sizes of chair etc and and that we were sitting correctly . Extremely impressed.
