Great service received in store when selecting a Riser recliner chair, found a fabric that matched our other furniture. The chair was then made to order and delivered in just over three weeks although originally advised eight to ten weeks due to Christmas. Arrangement made for delivery to suit, which turned out to be first of the day. Martin & Leon brought the chair in and set it up just in the right place. They took time to check it over and run through the functions. They were friendly and polite and very helpful. I am sure we will enjoy the chair and it will make life easier.

Legs on sofa have been changed 4 times are constantly comming loose , making sofa wobbly. Would not buy from them again . Was told last time fixed it woukdnt happen again but it does constantly. Jusr adults in house so not as if being jumped on . Not up to the job !!

Excellent experience good advice re the best type of chair. No pressure to buy and Saffron was very patient and receptive to my mother’s needs. Nice layout in showroom and choice of chairs.

Have visited Maidstone store twice, on each occasion being attended to by Gilly. She was very pleasant to deal with answering our queries and followed up with 'phone calls as promised. 'Phone calls from 'head office' was also a nice touch. Martin and Leon, a couple of pleasant guys delivered during the allotted time slot having 'phoned us half and hour before arrival. We are awaiting another chair delivery and anticipate the same good service.

From the moment we walked through the door my Dad knew he was in the right place no pushy sales people just a friendly hello from Louise Hickman what a lovely lady.
Listened to what my Dad wanted Louise made few suggestion's and well Dad was happy that's all that matters to me Great price shame such a long wait but I'm sure it will be worth it.

The lady in your shop was very helpful
She was knowledgeable about the chairs and gave us plenty of time.
The guys who delivered the chair were very pleasant and positioned the chair exactly where we wanted it.

Visited Maidstone store allowed us to take our time, sit in a range of chairs and made us tea. Answered all our questions. Jason and Ashley delivered our chair today with care and friendly service. Thank you 😊

As my Mum is unable to visit a showroom we explored the HSL experience,firstly requesting brochures and material swatches which was expertly managed and then finding out that a FOC home visit could be arranged where chairs can be brought to the house for testing etc.
This is an excellent facility for elderly people and Charlotte and Grahame were superb giving a 10/10 knowledgable friendly service.
We look forward to the delivery of the wonderful looking and comfortable chair in 6/8 weeks.

Took my mother in law into Maidstone branch today. What a great and relaxing experience! No heavy sales pressure, knowledgeable and friendly staff and my anxious and hard to please relative was relaxed and felt listened to. The showroom is well laid out and I really can’t fault the customer service. Order placed!

WE FOUND THE SURROUNDINGS OF THE MAIDSTONE SHOWROOM AND THE CHOICE OF PRODUCTS AVAILABLE QUITE ACCEPTABLE AND PLEASANTLY DISPLAYED. THE MEMBER OF STAFF THAT SERVED US - GILL , WAS VERY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND MAINLY VERY PATIENT WITH US. SHE WAS READY TO HELP US IN CHOOSING THE CORRECT AND MOST SUITABLE CHAIR FOR MY HUSBANDS NEEDS .WE CAME AWAY PLEASED WITH THE CHOICE THAT WE HAD FINALLY MADE . ONE CRITICISM IS THAT MAYBE THE FABRICS IN EACH BAND SHOULD BE ALL TOGETHER E.G BAND A'S IN ONE SAMPLE BOOK ETC. WHICH WOULD MAKE THINGS A LOT EASIER FOR EVERYONE . AND ALSO SOMETIME IN THE FUTURE MAYBE AN ONLINE OPTION TO SEE YOUR CHOSEN CHAIR IN YOUR CHOSEN FABRIC DESIGN THANK YOU

Everything about this company is 5 star. Show room staff extremely knowledgeable about their products and afford plenty of time to choose and test out the furniture. Delivery and set up completely flawless , prompt, polite and efficient.

Prices on show, but rather small, so price was a bit of a surprise.

Bought 3 chairs to the house and Savanah was expertly able to guide mum through the chairs and could tell which one was most suitable. Delivery guys very helpful and patient.

At the Maidstone store I was served by Louise who was so patient and helpful I did not feel pressurised, just relaxed and at my own pace but very helpful and knowledgeable and I got the perfect chair very happy with the quality of the service.

From the time they arrived Charlotte and Grahame were very kind and helpful, discussing the types and colours of reclining chairs. They were very thorough and took time to find exactly what was needed. I would recommend them to future buyers for their time and efficiency.

Jason and Adrian delivered my chairs yesterday. Both very nice and polite. They put my chairs together in no time making sure they were exactly where I wanted.

We have purchased chairs, settees and now a bed with HSL ( Maidstone ) This has been money well spent the products are excellent and the staff helpful but not pushy. A good experience all round.
