Excellent advice from Charlotte & Ken. Time taken to explain everything. So polite & helpful. I was really impressed!

Welcomed at the door, politely asked what were looking for, given sensible suggestions, offered tea and coffee, and then given time to browse - no chasing, no pressure.
When seen moving between just two items of furniture, offered more specific information to aid choice.
Sales conversation was professional and comprehensive.
Louise and colleague Becky were friendly, professional, and caring - thank you so much.

I have yet to receive the chair that I've ordered, so I can't comment on the product.
The sales lady was knowledgable and very helpful in the selection of the chair.
I would strongly recommend the Maidstone store.

Gillian and Ken were very helpful and patient when assisting me to make my choices. I felt they cared that I would be happy with my decisions and that they were right for me. Very pleasant and good sense of humour! My cat liked them, too!🙂

From the moment we walked into the showroom to the moment the chair was delivered we’ve had 5star help.
Riser recliner was recommended, taken to Dad’s carehome for him to try. Chair installed all within a week.
Dad is so happy & so are we.

Chair is not with us yet but so far the most amazing customer service, I messaged over the weekend to organise the free home visit for my elderly mum received a reply Monday morning via phone call which I missed, message left and followed up by a lovely helpful lady, visit arranged for Wednesday. Received a phone call from Jill confirming details, the team arrived on time and couldn’t have been more helpful or pleasant, 5 stars awarded.

I visited HSL at Farleigh Hill twice in the last month. Both times I spoke to Louise who was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. She kept me informed every step of the way while trying to navigate a new finance system, and answered all my questions. I am very satisfied with the outcome.

Travelled an hour to the Maidstone branch and had a great welcome from Saffron ,had a welcome drink and spent the next two hours looking round the showroom , picking fabrics and under no pressure at all. Bought what I wanted and look forward to delivery.Saffron was so very helpful at every stage .

From the moment the at home team visited us, we felt at ease. We went through options and decided on a riser-recliner and 3 seater sofa, then came choosing the colour - patience was the theme and the colour chosen probably the first or second one we had liked, after seeing about 30 others :).
Delivery day came and due to my mums passing this was incredibly emotional for me, Jason and Chris were absolutely lovely, supportive and left me feeling at ease. Highly recommend, happy all round, even though my mum never got to see it or even use her new chair!

We had tried 2 other major furniture shops first and were disappointed with the selection and the persistence of the staff after we asked to be left alone to look around. On arrival at HSL it was evident that their range was more comprehensive and the staff assured us they would beat here when we were ready. The rest of the visit was a pleasure for both ourselves and the staff resulting in a successful sale

Very kind reception and help. She certainly knew the stock and was able to guide us to the right range. We were also offered tea/coffee.

The staff on duty at the time were very helpful & tried to find my original purchase to ensure the colour would match. Unfortunately the records did not go far enough back as we purchased the settee & chairs just after the store was opened. In the end it was sorted & we are now the proud owners of a stool that matches everything else despite the age gap. Would certainly recommend the store.

My stressless power recliner chair was delivered two days ago, there’s a clicking noise from the right arm and when I looked the right arm is an inch and a half lower than the left arm. , yes, I have measured it.
I have a company coming out on Tuesday to have a look, but I’m very disappointed. My stressless recliner power chair cost nearly £3000 and it’s not right. The delivery company were here no more than five minutes and then they left. I feel like I’ve been cheated out of all my money. I am now stuck with This unless they can repair it if they can’t then it has to be taken back and then I will be left without a chair and I am disabled.. if they can’t leave me a replacement chair if mine has to go back then I will not be happy. I will advise people never to use HSL chairs.

The staff were very welcoming, and took great pains to see what we needed. Excellent service. Very friendly staff. They undetstood that our purchases would probably arrive when we were on holiday, so thry noted it done and made sure the delivery was when we were back.

Charlotte and Grahame couldn't have been more helpful during their home visit to us. It was an
enjoyable experience dealing with them.

Louise at Maidstone was brilliant and so patient at finding the right chairs for my disabled daughter & her husband. So thank you HSL
