We were advised by Liz at the Letchworth store, who was both knowledgeable and helpful. An overall great experience with a particularly good fit for our needs.

Graham at Letchworth was extremely helpful. However after ten weeks I followed up the order and was told it would be delivered in four days time. Would have liked more notice.
Delivery drivers offhand and failed to hand me the Safety and Operating instructions which we found underneath the back of the chair.

From the door being opened for us, for making us feel welcome with no pressure of a sale. Our comfort specialist Donella at Letchworth was amazing, amazing service, new her products and made it very easy to help my dad choose the right chair for him.

What a lovely experience we had when we visited HSL Letchworth, we chose the worst day to visit as the heavens had opened and the rain was pouring down, a lovely gentleman came out to the car with umbrella’s and helped us to get my Mum into the shop, she was treated with the utmost respect, this man introduced himself as Graham, well what can I say, Graham was so friendly kind, and knowledgeable of the products at HSL but also the company itself, we were treated like royalty, we had a truly great morning with Graham and his colleagues, we had lovely tea and coffee and delicious biscuits, there was no rush for them to get a sale, we were treated very respectfully, and Mum’s needs and requirements were discussed fully, Lots of information provided on the operational requirements of the riser chair and options of colour and materials and delivery details were explained fully.
I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for new comfortable seating. Can’t fault any aspect of this company, we highly recommend them, can’t wait for our chair to arrive. Thank you so much to Graham and his colleagues and HSL.

Liz was excellent, explaining all the positions the seat moved to and how your body should be positioned. We could have bought similar elsewhere for considerably less but decided to go with HSL.

Received my chair today - so comfortable and a quality product. Shop assistant was most helpful as I tried many chairs in the showroom - delivered by two friendly and helpful young men . Completely satisfied with my shopping experience with this company and would certainly recommend them.

What an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. We were sat down on a most comfortable chair and all of the different styles were explained to us. There was no rush and no pressure selling. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for new comfortable seating.

Liz was very kind, patient, respectful and listened to my Mum and included her in all the conversations and decisions. We learnt about the best type of chair to ensure appropriate support for my Mum and so she can easily and safely get up from the chair. Lots of choice of fabrics, which Mum enjoyed choosing. Whilst I entered Letchworth branch with a touch of scepticism as I had a preconceived idea that HSL was for much older clients, my wife and I were totally impressed with the kind service from Liz (and Di) and especially their knowledge in translating what we wanted into a bespoke set of chairs we have now ordered

Diane's charm, politeness, and knowledge, all delivered with no pressure whatsoever, made our buying experience really pleasant. That, and the full set of Himolla Sinatra chairs to try, enabled us to feel confident in our choice.

Having seen a few different styles of reclining chair that I liked, I visited the Letchworth showroom to try them. I was met at the dooor by Diane who made me feel welcome. As I tried various chairs, Diane was asking pertinent questions to establish exactly what I required for my personal circumstances. I was advised to look at a range that I had not considered (Stressless). I tried different styles and sizes within the range and was delighted to order the recliner of my choice. Two working days.......I repeat.....TWO working days later, My chosen chair was delivered by courteous, friendly staff. It is a shame that I can only award 5 stars...They deserve more. Thank you Diane, my Stressless recliner finds me just that: stressless.

Wonderfully polite knowledgeable gentleman explained everything to me that I needed to know. I couldn’t have been more comfortable. Two ladies were also ready to help when asked.

Well looked after with all the options on a chair explained

My experience at HSL Letchworth was perfect from start to finish. Having made what was for me the big decision to buy a new bed I was quite nervous but the friendly and helpful advice I received from Michelle and Donella made the whole experience really enjoyable. I was gently guided through choosing the right mattress, headboard and colours and never once did I feel pressured. The atmosphere was relaxing and the coffee was good! For anyone wanting to buy a new bed I cannot recommend this company highly enough

Everyone in the Letchworth stores were very helpful. My two chairs were delivered this morning and the guys were very quick and professional. Great demonstration and put the chairs where we needed them. So pleased with the whole experience.

Darren & Chris delivered our furniture yesterday they were efficient and courteous even though it wasn't easy to get it into the house. The furniture is just right and looks great.
