We have just ordered a sofa and chair from HSL Farnborough. Sue was very knowledgeable and helpful and made a potentially difficult job very easy and to be recommended. Sue also makes a very good cup of tea!

The staff are very friendly and gave advice but we’re not at all pushy which was much appreciated.

It was a great relief to find a company that actually knew about their furniture and where we could try different versions out. Karen, the saleslady was extremely helpful and gave us good advice and time to discuss and think things over. We have been delighted with the quality and finish of the product.

I was ordering a matching cushion for my HSL chair. Excellent customer service with Alex. still waiting arrival of cushion so can't comment on finished product.

Farnbrough showroom staff were very helpful without being pushy. Some good guidance making sure we had all the options before making our final decision. Also extremely helpful on the vat free option and adjusting the price further when asked.

My wife and i was made welcome and comfortable on arrival. There was no high pressure sales talk which i hate and would of walked out if so. Karen was very professional and explained everything in detail and helped us with what we required. I would recommend the staff and company to everyone who would ask us about HSL.

The service I recieved was really good, Susan, the person who I saw and helped me with my order both this time and back in August last year. She explained all the different options that were available to me with care and patients, and understanding. I don't think I could fault her.

Returned to HSL to purchase fireside chair having bought a sofa a few years back. Service from Sue at Farnborough store was excellent and everything went to plan with delivery within 6 weeks of placing order. Delivery timely and no fuss with plenty of notice from courteous staff and driver. Very pleased with my smart and comfortable armchair.
