HSL Chairs - Brierley Hill Recensioni 

We saw Bev at the Brierley Hill store. She explained and demonstrated the recliner chairs that would suit us. We had a limited amount to spend and took advantage of a brilliant sale deal. I must say there was never any pressure to buy. We came away pleased and can’t wait for them to arrive.

Staff rushed to open the door when they saw me struggling. The chair was for my disabled husband who was given lots of time to settle into a chair with tea and biscofee biscuits. No hard sell.

Greated warmly by Emma who showed us to the right size of chairs that we were looking for, made us comfortable and provided us with drinks and biscuits,store was warm and relaxing and we were given all the information that enabled us to purchase to chairs with ease,a very pleasant experience.

We visited the Brierley Hill store to try the various types of chairs for my dad.
Hannah and Emma were incredibly helpful, so patient and kind while talking to my dad who has difficulty with his hearing and balance.
They moved chairs around and brought one across to us from the front of the store to reduce the walking around, making the experience so much easier.
Dad was able to choose the right chair and sofa for him and is now looking forward to receiving his new furniture in the near future.

Ray Walker greetedt my wife and I at the Brierley Hill branch, very quickly realising Ray was very knowledgable. We were taken to the bedroom department where all of the beds construction and available options were explained in great detail. Our planed to visit two different store but thanks to Ray and HSL product range we placed an order. Thank you Ray.

The ladies (Beverley & Hannah) at Brierley Hill store were very helpful, but not constantly pestering. Very knowledgeable about the products, came up with ideas & possible issues we hadn't thought of.
Only drawback was the noise coming from the dance studio next door - of which they have NO control over!

Greeted by Beverly. I was looking for a riser/recliner to help with health and mobility issues. Advice was knowledgable and helpful. I didn't realise how much is involved in getting it right. Range of sizes, choice of fabrics is wide. I wasn’t pushed into a decision. I said I wanted to discuss with my son and this was encouraged.

Visited with my cousin who had physical and learning difficulties. Really appreciated the open honest and kind support from Bev and Ray at Brierley Hill showroom. A really relaxed and no pressure guide of all options that met her individual needs. Their informative intervention today will help the continued ambition of independent living

We were greeted at the door by Beverly and she was knowledgeable on the product ranges we were interested in. She left us to make our minds up and made us coffee whilst we deliberated and we placed our order in a smooth process

We had a sofa and 2 chairs last year and they have been great so back for another sofa for another room,super showroom and Hannah and her colleague sorted us out very well, looking forward to delivery

We had a great experience visiting the Brierley Hill store today. Ray was extremely helpful and showed my parents a variety of different chairs and sofas. He was knowledgeable and friendly and Ray helped a great deal to match the right chair to my mom’s needs. Thank you Hannah for the drinks too

The staff at the HSL were very friendly and knowledgeable and made the whole buying experience enjoyable and easy.
Delivery was fast (2 weeks) and the delivery team Lee and Carl F phoned 20 minutes before they arrived. They were both friendly and positioned the chair exactly as I wanted.
The chair itself is very comfortable. I have spinal problems and the high back gives me great support. The higher seating position is very comfortable and makes getting out of the chair easy. It is firm but supporting and comfortable. The quality seems excellent, I would recommend hem to anyone.

I ordered a chair from HSL 5 weeks ago it arrived today along with footstool that I ordered 4 weeks ago.The delivery team were Carl F and Lee R who arrived on time placed the chair and stool in the position I requested. They were friendly and helpful.

We arrived at the Brierley Hill store (West Midlands) to a warm welcome from Jill (a trainee) and then Humaira. A nice cup of tea and coffee and biscuits were offered straight away. Both were very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable about the rise and recline chairs we were looking for. We did purchase two of them and now we are looking forward to them being delivered. Upon leaving they even held the doors open for us. A great shopping experience.

My Mom purchased a suite from Brierley Hill. Beverley the sales assistant was superb, very knowledgeable, listened to specific & different health needs we needed for both Moms arthritis & Dads mobility following a stroke & advised on the suite she thought would work. She was absolutely right. Mom was joyous sat in the shop in complete comfort with her feet up. Bev was so friendly & hospitable. Tragically Mom passed suddenly before delivery & in really sad circumstances I had to speak with Bev & customer services to modify the order after purchase to remove 1 armchair that we felt would be a painful reminder to Dad. I feared we might struggle to do this as the cooling off period had passed, but everyone involved were so empathetic, understanding & helpful, they made a really sad phone-call easy & were truly lovely to deal with. Wonderful customer service that eased Dads stress & I couldn’t be more thankful for it. In a bitter sweet moment the suite was delivered today, it is absolutely beautiful, so comfortable, lovely fabric & clearly a quality build. Having been in hospital previously it was the 1st time Dad saw it & he is so pleased with it - currently snoozing on the recliner! Sadly Mom won’t be able to enjoy it, but she made a fabulous choice & I know would’ve been delighted with it. Enormous thanks to Bev at Brierley Hill & Isabelle in customer services who’s understanding & empathy made such an impact on a grieving family - they have no idea how appreciated that was. Customer service is often lacking nowadays, HSL really stood out for theirs in such a positive way. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

The staff in the showroom were really welcoming and most helpful when making a choice. The quality of the chair delivered is excellent. It is extremely comfortable and meets my needs exactly. The delivery was at the time expected and Carl F and Lee R were really efficient and courteous.

The team were punctual, polite, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Top marks.
