Went to HSL show room to purchase a chair for my Nan.
Bev and Ray were very welcoming and knowledgeable about the products.
We didn’t feel rushed or pressured to buy anything.

Offered drinks while there.
We spent a few hours in the store with Bev and ended up buying a new chair and bed.
Cannot thank Bev enough she really went above and beyond.

Thank you for everything will definitely recommend in the future.

Visited your Brierley Hill showroom on Sunday. Beverley was very welcoming and provided excellent customer care with her pleasant and patient attitude.Throughout our visit she was very clear about the features of the chairs, ensuring that my sister was comfortable sitting in the chair that she eventually chose. Details of the process after ordering were provided clearly so we had no concerns about timelines and the delivery of the chair

Hsl came to my house and really made me feel comfortable in the chair that I chose and helped me choose a really nice material. Very helpful.

We visited the Brierley Hill Store to look for a chair for my Husband who has been suffering with his back.
We were greeted by Bev and she showed us chairs, which my husband tried. We were given lots of information and then she left us try the chairs. It was a very comfortable, easy and informative visit. Bev checked the chair he particularly felt comfortable in, to see if it was supporting his body. We then completed the sale in a very relaxed and informative way. It was a pleasure to shop there.

Ray greeted us with the warmest, most welcoming smile the moment we stepped into the Brierley Hill store. His friendliness and positive energy instantly put us at ease, and we took to him straight away. I told him what I was looking for, and he went above and beyond—showing us around, explaining everything clearly, and making sure we understood all the details.
He was incredibly patient and even took the time to share the full history of HSL with us, over a cup of tea and biscuits! which was genuinely fascinating. His passion and knowledge really shone through.
I can wholeheartedly recommend!

We saw Bev at the Brierley Hill store. She explained and demonstrated the recliner chairs that would suit us. We had a limited amount to spend and took advantage of a brilliant sale deal. I must say there was never any pressure to buy. We came away pleased and can’t wait for them to arrive.

Staff rushed to open the door when they saw me struggling. The chair was for my disabled husband who was given lots of time to settle into a chair with tea and biscofee biscuits. No hard sell.

Greated warmly by Emma who showed us to the right size of chairs that we were looking for, made us comfortable and provided us with drinks and biscuits,store was warm and relaxing and we were given all the information that enabled us to purchase to chairs with ease,a very pleasant experience.

We visited the Brierley Hill store to try the various types of chairs for my dad.
Hannah and Emma were incredibly helpful, so patient and kind while talking to my dad who has difficulty with his hearing and balance.
They moved chairs around and brought one across to us from the front of the store to reduce the walking around, making the experience so much easier.
Dad was able to choose the right chair and sofa for him and is now looking forward to receiving his new furniture in the near future.

Ray Walker greetedt my wife and I at the Brierley Hill branch, very quickly realising Ray was very knowledgable. We were taken to the bedroom department where all of the beds construction and available options were explained in great detail. Our planed to visit two different store but thanks to Ray and HSL product range we placed an order. Thank you Ray.

The ladies (Beverley & Hannah) at Brierley Hill store were very helpful, but not constantly pestering. Very knowledgeable about the products, came up with ideas & possible issues we hadn't thought of.
Only drawback was the noise coming from the dance studio next door - of which they have NO control over!

Greeted by Beverly. I was looking for a riser/recliner to help with health and mobility issues. Advice was knowledgable and helpful. I didn't realise how much is involved in getting it right. Range of sizes, choice of fabrics is wide. I wasn’t pushed into a decision. I said I wanted to discuss with my son and this was encouraged.
