We were very satisfied with the delivery service from HSL chairs. The delivery team of Alex and Dean were excellent - telephoned ahead to let us know they were on their way, with an estimated time of arrival. Clean and efficient delivery of our new chair, they assembled it for us and took away any packaging.

The whole process of buying our chairs has been a pleasure; from our visit to the showroom in Blackpool to the lovely Carl and Damion who delivered the chairs this morning, so carefully I was not aware they were finished. I am sitting in my chair now, so comfortable - very happy customers

The delivery team of Carl P Damion both delivered our furniture with great thought and help for my two parents who are both in their nineties. The service to a very high standard and put my parents at ease.

It was a pleasant experience, shopping at the HSL store in Blackpool.
The staff were very helpful, explaining the best kind of support for our needs, we didn't feel hurried.
We tried a few chairs out. We settled for leather, and the lady went through all the different colours with us.
We came away satisfied and are now awaiting delivery.

The assistant was so very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me to find just the right chair for me. She was also very welcoming and helped me to feel at ease.

I went to the Blackpool branch, where I was greeted by Sue R, she was brilliant, explained the correct fit, posture, and comfort, no pressure to buy in fact I went back 2 days later, had another sit on the furniture, then I made my choice

the salesman explained all about the company & how it works. he was not pushy in anyway. made sure we got the correct suite for us. gave us time & space to make our own minds up. his name was steve & he even gave us a brew.

Popped in to the Blackpool Branch so that my wife could choose a Dual Rise and Recline Chair with Headrest & Heat. Fantastic service from Steve and Janet. Their premises are much bigger than we expected so plenty of choice.

Had to explain that my mum was in hospital, so needed an hours notice so I could meet them, Paul and Jon called me and gave me a time. They arrived at that time, brilliant, very pleasant and friendly guys ,quick efficient service very happy with the service.
