Great, friendly service at the Blackpool store, no pressure on time taken to select correct chair. Contact re delivery could not be faulted. Advised week before and reminded day before. Delivery team (Paul D & Jon) very friendly and highly efficient, messaged and phoned to confirm they were on the way with an ETA. An excellent experience from start to finish.

My partner and I visited the Blackpool store today and we were given a very friendly welcome by sales consultants Marion and Steve .
After being offered tea or coffees we got down to business with the purchase of our new rise and recliner chair.
This was our second visit to the store so we knew which chair we wanted to buy
On the first visit Marion the sales consultant was very knowledgeable about all the chairs and took time to explain to us how they functioned and which chair,size wise was right for us .
An excellent friendly service from start to finish and we are looking forward to the delivery of our new furniture

Good explanation of products polite and efficient no pressure to make us which was a big plus

Went a little impulsively to Blackpool store where we were greeted and assisted by Marion. Overall a very pleasant experience and was surprised by the tardis like shop. Very friendly service, we were even offered a brew, clean and tidy store and we had time to discuss things and to go away and think about things over a cup of complementary Yorkshire tea. Returned to complete our purchase of a Stressless recliner, can’t wait for it to arrive now. Thanks to Marion and HSL, well worth a look.

Visited HSL in Blackpool today and it was a pleasure to be there. We were considering the purchase of a recliner chair and were looked after by Marion. She was patient with us whilst all the options were considered and a purchase was made! Thanks so much Marion for helping us make the decision on the perfect chair for us. I have made previous furniture purchases with HSL Blackpool for a family member and the customer service in this store is second to none. Makes the whole process so easy, thanks again Marion.

Wrong bed - mis-sold product – refusing to refund.

Delivery is supposed to be white glove - not sure they understand the concept when a sweaty young man carrying my mattress after wiping his armpit, I had to spray with disinfectant.

They have now agreed to collect the bed, saying it was a 'miscommunication' – this 'miscommunication' was on their part and for their 'miscommunication', I now have to pay them £250 (10% of the sale) for the pleasure of their 'miscommunication'. I told them my heart operation is on the 20th, but they still haven't given a collection date. This means that any new bed delivered may be an issue and will not be set up by the time I leave the hospital.

This company works with disabled people, but I am not sure they fully understand that sometimes things need to be expedited, especially when it is their error.

When I am well, I will take it to small claims court to obtain a full refund, as I do not believe I should be penalised for their error, and I am sure their behaviour is against consumer rights. If I were not so ill, I would be dealing with it now.

Fantastic Sales Staff!
Marrion was very accommodating at the Blackpool Branch. She was attentive to our requirements and was not at all pushing for the sale, allowing us time to fully consider our options.

After waiting 6 weeks my wife and I were delighted to have our 2 chairs delivered on Monday 30th March. My wife’s arm covers were however missing on arrival.

The delivery man called HSL on our behalf and we were promised a return call which never came so we phoned the local HSL shop. Once again we were promised a return call which never happened.
In addition the lumber function didn’t work on the same chair and it was only when we again phoned HSL that we were able to speak to someone who was willing to help . ISABEL the lady concerned was very helpful and arranged for the repair to the chair and the covers to be sent to us. The covers however took until 15th May to be delivered. My wife and I are both over 70 and I’m disabled so we thought buying from HSL would be stress free. How wrong were we.

Brilliant from the outset. Attentive but respectful in the shop- ensuring I was well informed about what the recommendations are for my height, weight and ability. Gorgeous materials available and nothing too much trouble.
Alex and Shane delivered my sofa and chair yesterday- again very courteous and ensured new carpet was protected before assembling the most beautiful, well made furniture I have ever had. Worth every penny!
Oh and the cup of Yorkshire tea in the shop was a good cuppa too!

HSL Blackpool was wonderful to deal with, especially Kim the sales lady. We were made very welcome and was shown all types and sorts of furniture of what we requested. We bought things and got a great deal. Thanks Kim.

I went to the showroom in Blackpool and Steve(?) was most helpful and spent a lot of time with me and made a really good coffee, I ordered a chair which has yet to be delivered and which I am looking forward to. Being British made and a family run company also pleases me.

Bradley, the salesman was really good, he explained all about the shop, how it had become Liv Home, I loved the first chair that I saw but he took me round showing me all the recliner chairs, he then made me and my daughter a drink and explained all about the chair and it’s features, I would shop there agin

From the man who took the original order to the delivery men Craig and Jed excellent. Delivery was quick, clean , efficient very polite team.

My sister and I were made very welcome by Kim the sales lady there was no pressure to buy. She was very knowledgeable and made my sister feel at ease.
My sister tried couple of chairs then decided to purchase one.

I visited HSL blackpool and saw Natasha, what a lovely person. She really listened to what I needed and was so patient. We found 2 suitable chairs and she even bought one upstairs so we could compare. She was determined to find us the right fabric and she did. She is a credit to your company, thankyou
