Brilliant from the outset. Attentive but respectful in the shop- ensuring I was well informed about what the recommendations are for my height, weight and ability. Gorgeous materials available and nothing too much trouble.
Alex and Shane delivered my sofa and chair yesterday- again very courteous and ensured new carpet was protected before assembling the most beautiful, well made furniture I have ever had. Worth every penny!
Oh and the cup of Yorkshire tea in the shop was a good cuppa too!

HSL Blackpool was wonderful to deal with, especially Kim the sales lady. We were made very welcome and was shown all types and sorts of furniture of what we requested. We bought things and got a great deal. Thanks Kim.

I went to the showroom in Blackpool and Steve(?) was most helpful and spent a lot of time with me and made a really good coffee, I ordered a chair which has yet to be delivered and which I am looking forward to. Being British made and a family run company also pleases me.

My partner and I were teated as if we were the most important people in the world. Staff were helpful informative and nothing was too much trouble even on the second visit

Bradley, the salesman was really good, he explained all about the shop, how it had become Liv Home, I loved the first chair that I saw but he took me round showing me all the recliner chairs, he then made me and my daughter a drink and explained all about the chair and it’s features, I would shop there agin

From the man who took the original order to the delivery men Craig and Jed excellent. Delivery was quick, clean , efficient very polite team.

My sister and I were made very welcome by Kim the sales lady there was no pressure to buy. She was very knowledgeable and made my sister feel at ease.
My sister tried couple of chairs then decided to purchase one.

I visited HSL blackpool and saw Natasha, what a lovely person. She really listened to what I needed and was so patient. We found 2 suitable chairs and she even bought one upstairs so we could compare. She was determined to find us the right fabric and she did. She is a credit to your company, thankyou

My nearest HSL store is fairly local to me, so was easy to visit. Natasha provided excellent customer service, allowing me to try and experience the products I was interested in. On this occasion, I was looking for an adjustable bed.

I experienced all that they had to offer, giving me an the time I needed to make an informed decision. I made a successful purchase.

Just ordered a 2 seater sofa & grande chair in the Burrows relax range in volante ruby at HSL in Blackpool. Natasha took care of me whilst I made a decision on my purchase. She was very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. She certainly knew her stuff & answered any questions. A very knowledgeable young lady. Steve was also very helpful.I visited the store three times ordering on my third visit. Luckily Natasha found a large sample of material which I could bring home to peruse. I would highly recommend this store to anyone. We’ve had a sofa for 10 years so I know how good they are. Time for a change. 1st class service from Natasha & lots of superb furniture to choose from.

From the first visit to Blackpool HSL, I knew I had chosen the right company. Kim was amazing. She understood my physical problems & my need for a specific chair. This has arrived today, brought by 2 great gentlemen, Craig & Jed. I am absolutely delighted with the chair & am certain my chronic pain will be eased in the future. I also must mention Natasha at Blackpool. Another huge help.

British made quality products. Our current reclining chairs were bought in the Blackpool store and two replacements have now been ordered. The service provided by Steve was very pleasant, helpful and professional.

Have not got the chairs yet but I felt that I had to give a great review to Kim from the Blackpool branch. What a lovely, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, kind lady Kim is and all with a sense of humour thrown in. Kim went out of her way to make sure we got what was right for us. I wish there were more than one Kim in the retail trade.

A big thank you to Kim @ the Blackpool store today, we arrived early and was greeted with a smile and an open door.
Once inside asked if we’d like a drink, showed us to the chairs.
Nothing was too much trouble all questions answered and best of all didn’t feel pressured into purchasing anything, 2rise and reclining chairs ordered.

The 2 gentlemen who delivered my recliner were great, very friendly and nice however part of my order was missing which has since been re-ordered but considering I paid for express delivery is very disappointing that I'm still waiting for these items weeks later. Also I'm not happy that when you've paid thousands of pounds for an item that you are again charged to have your old recliner taken away. HSL have chosen to pass this charge on to the customer which is wrong, it should be absorbed in their profits. Free removal of my old chairs, sofa's beds etc is a big consideration of where I choose to shop.
After my review above HSL contacted me to say they had asked for my missing items to delivered as quickly as possible which I have now received. The lovely gentleman who spoke to me also said they were going to refund me the £50 delivery fee for the inconvience I had suffered. I'm still not happy with the removal of old furniture but it's government regulations. I am very happy with how things were sorted out and will certainly use HSL again.
