Quick turnaround time. Overall property process was smooth and quite faster than what we’ve been told by people. It took 2 months to get the whole process done. They understood our urgency and got us to completion in time.

Unfortunately the process was delayed due to the maintenance management company that was extremely slow, which cause a lot of unnecessary disruption. I initially went with Barclays in house solicitors, which was a big mistake and ended up adding nearly 3 weeks when I should have completed in that time. Though I went to HS Legal, the process was dealt within 10 days. They replied to ever message and where clear in the information required. I found the online system easy to use and their fees are extremely reasonable as I was quoted 3 times as much from another local solicitor.
