Great service man who was very polite, helpful and informative. He clearly knew what he was doing and was very professional.

I booked a service of my Triton Ventillation unit. The service engineer provided some very important information about the system which I wish I had known earlier. He reset the system controls which has made a big difference to the operation. A completed service report was not provided at the time but this is in hand.

We had an engineer come out to us. He was very good but was sent with a faulty part. As well as that there was another part that was required. We were told it was in stock so should be a few days. That was 26th August. Since then we have been promised calls back by Yasmine and Chris, no one calls us back, no updates. Not sure what else to do apart from write this review in the hope that someone may help.

The actual servicing of my flat’s ventilation box was excellent. On the day of service the technician called ahead of time about his eta. Very courteous, professional, explained what he was going to do and completed the job efficiently. Also explained how to maintain the system through the year.
However, I found communication with the company a bit hit or miss. All admin staff were very friendly and helpful once you can get them on the phone. Emails with links for group booking were promised but did not materialise resulting in a drawn out process from initial contact to confirmation of schedule. I felt I was doing all the chasing for dates and later the confirmations. I was lead booker for our small block of flats and I felt responsible.
Overall, I am satisfied with the service at a reasonable price. Hopefully there will be improvements in communication in future.

A couple of bathroom extractor fans had broken down months ago. They needed replacing. The repair man turned up on time, replaced them, talked me through the settings and got it done with a minimum of fuss.

The engineer arrived promptly and managed to work in our very small space. All vents were cleaned and balanced. System is working perfectly again.

The engineer checked and cleaned the extractor and explained to me patiently and clearly what I should do to improve the air quality in the property.

We downsized to a lovely penthouse flat in 2016, where the front rooms face a very busy main road. Our loft space is full of equipment installed by the developer, Berkeley Homes, to provide Comfort Cooling, who also fitted air filtration units in every room, HRV's servicing is vital in regularly replacing the filthy air filters in our loft space as well as cleaning and checking the operation of the clean air filters in each room.
