They make promises that they can’t deliver. For example when paying a higher price for a more urgent delivery they exert no actual influence on the timeline provided by DBS itself. I would recommend to go straight to DBS itself. Same turnaround less cost.

*SCAM* Terrible customer service
*SCAM* Terrible customer service, completely a rip off company. I got to the end and was told the price £86 which is way more than it should be. Once paid I realised it was for basic DBS when I’d selected enhanced. Either this I immediately messaged asking for a refund and they said it will be £25 plus vat admin charge deducted. No way of speaking to anyone to resolve all communication on email. Complete scam

In correct address
I have found that my address has been incorrectly put on the DBS certificate. It is not 4749. It is 47 - 49.
My application form had
47-49
on it but, on the DBS certificate, they have incorrectly put 4749 instead of 47 - 49. Could you please correct the document accordingly.

The same view as Andrea Clover for me.
I thought I was on the government website for my DBS
I was charged £94.49p
(I didn’t actually know that a DBS could be obtained any other way)
Then one month later they took £6.99p from my account.
Now this is locked in for monthly updates!
I just wanted the annual renewal service which had always been £13 previously.
No contact & no refund.

Never use this company they charge you 3 times as much just for enchanced version. they just add services which are not needed especially if you are a novice stay as far away as possible RIP OFFS

Do not use this company
Do not use this company. At first I thought I was on the proper government website. Unfortunately I was wrong. They charge £84 instead of £21.50! When trying to submit documents their system was not working and still doesn't work. When trying to get a refund they take £25 +VAT for doing absolutely nothing. They won't admit it's their system that has failed and say we input the wrong email address!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. GO STRAIGHT TO THE GOVERNMENT ONE.

I paid over £100 to get a basic dbs not an enhanced.
I find the sight to be deceiving as i didn't require a basic dbs but an enhanced dbs.
It would recommend you go direct to the gov.com website
