I help at an elderly centre. I was asked to support with the DBS. It take HR Check 3/4 months to complete one.
Plus the first one which was in June, they overcharged us. Still waiting for a refund. Every time I send an email, they say we will escalate it to our account team. Still waiting on a compliance of one submitted in September, still waiting for it.
This company is a joke. Quick to take your money. But very very slow in return it. And a very long long time for application to be processed!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Was under the impression that I had applied for an enhanced dbs and was charged £86 only to be told they were only sending a basic dbs. Why would I pay £86 for a dbs costing £21.50. They are a disgrace. Am now making a complaint to the government site, this company needs sorting

My experience was that , it’s easy , quick and not complicated.

HR people overcharged the customers doe’s look like they belong to gov.org but they don’t

I been charged £109.14 for enhanced DBS while the standard price is £65.00
Please check carefully when you applied on the website the address and what price going to charge u

Your contact gave me the impression this was sent on behalf of the company I work for. I was puzzled as I wasn’t aware my check was up for renewal but thought it seemed official, which the company is. However, I do NOT appreciate the cold call contact and having to pay WAY over the odds for a DBS check. If I could, I’d get my money back but no doubt your company are well used to this. Not impressed and have warned my 360 colleagues of this scurrilous practice.

This is a fake and fraud company it’s been long time I keep sending email to stop my subscription and stop taking my money but they still taking my money every month

This is half scam. Be aware. I chose enhanced DBS check and paid around £90. However, basic DBS check certificate was delivered. Be aware.

It's one of those middle-man companies that just charge you extra for something you can get on GOV.UK for the original lower price. They come up first on Google search results which is why people are fooled into using them rather than going to GOV.UK initially. Basically a scam that takes advantage of people's vulnerability and naivety if they are not particuarly internet savvy. My opinion is that it's very sad what they are doing. Shame on these people for operating this way and for profiting from vulnerable and trusting people. You need to be a certain type of Soulness Individual to run a business like this.
