I wish I’d read the reviews before applying.
I wanted an enhanced check and despite that being an option it then takes you back to the basic and charge £99 for the privilege!

I requested an enhanced certificate and paid for one yet you sent me a basic one there is no contact number to talk to anybody

I went onto the government website to get a DBS check and was somehow routed through to HR Check, not realizing until I called the DBS service to complain about the cost.

I called them to cancel the service and requested information to make a formal complaint, I am still waiting. Do not use!!!!!!!

The service was satisfactory during my initial experience. However, I was surprised to find that my account has been debited after a couple of months, and despite sending several emails, I have not yet received my refund.

Quick question and easy to answer and helpful when I have to ask to cancel

So expensive. Whoever set that price should fail their dbs

I thought at first it was easy, then I found it quite difficult in the end

It's the worst thing I did I paid for a enhanced certificate and they sent me a basic one I don't advise no one to use them services

Very poor communication from this company. Their service is extremely expensive for fast tracking basic DBS and they do not give good customer service once you have paid the fees. I do not recommend anyone to use them. It is not evident how or where to track the progress of your application and the webchat service is not helpful.
