We had the pleasure of dealing with Allan at hpl Wirral. He made the process so smooth and was very clear and transparent with everything. He made sure to spend time with us for over an hour to ensure I was happy with my decision. Left us on our own to discuss and have a look at cars and to process everything. Made my first time accessing a finance deal so simple. I’m really happy with my new car. Thanks so much Allan.

Great experience at Preston HPL on initial look around the sales team were helpful not pushy. We saw a vehicle we wanted and dealt with Josh from the sales team he was really helpful and kept in touch throughout the process.

Kyle was very good to deal with. There is a however. The car purchased was a model 3 Tesla. It need a TPMS monitor fitting before pick up. This took two weeks, all because someone in reception didn’t pass the part on. It was only threatening to get a refund that it was looked into and the part found. Other than that so far so good.

Came to HPL after unexpectedly ending up carless. Allen was extremely helpful, not a pushy salesman that you get when you go to other garages. He had great knowledge of cars and great advice when looking for an ideal car to fit my family needs. Turnaround from buying car to picking car up was really quick. Great customer service and great garage.

Well the staff at Hpl are second to none helpful honest and very good at there job Kyle Hume is a absolute legend he help me with everything and made my experience brilliant Carnt fault anything from the company, staff. It all went so easy fast and efficiently ,im in love with my new car thank you HPL

Great range of cars at HPL and the website is easy to use. Mike helped every step of the way. Great detail when talking about the car. Was honest with the slightest of signs of wear in the vehicle (to be expected on 7 year old car) and everything was fast simple and honest

Do not go to these cow boy dealers. They have taken a £500 deposit off me which they are refusing to pay back so be VERY careful when buying a car, also, they sell cars which have lots of advisorys on them from their most recent MOT, which I highly doubt they will sort for you. You also have to pay for 3 months warranty. Whereas The main dealers like KIA or Merc etc, will give you a refund for your deposit AND give you 12 months warranty included in the price. So you are much better off going to main dealers! The fact me and my family have always bought cars from here and to be told numerous times I would get a call back and I still haven’t received my phone call is awful customer service. Will never go back here again.

What a great company I’ve just dealt with, no pushy sales talk, I dealt with Andy who was respectful and most helpful throughout.
I can certainly recommend this company in my opinion.

I saw the advertised on car guru,I contacted HPL Preston Sara responded friendly and professional, there was couple days delayed before I can collect the car only for good reasons as they want make sure the car to be service and fully checked before they handed the car, which I'm very pleased they did so, the services was simple and straight foward, I'm loving my new car !! I'm not sure what these are like to work for but my son went for two interviews first interview they told him that night he didn't get the job after a week they rang him back to go for a another 2nd interview which looked promising and the ladies made him believe they was taking him on as a trial run & give him a chance which obviously got his hopes up and well so did his family when he told us what they said comes to that night no reply from the company and waiting few more days still no response from them they didn't even call or email him to even say that thank you for attending a 2nd interview but you haven't been successful I believe if someone is giving you there time then you can give them the time back to give feedback it's like if i was buying my first first car from you,you would be expecting my feedback on your service? I'm thankful they give my son a chance of an interview but like I mentioned above that cummication of feedback would of been better than leaving a young lad who really did have his hopes up!
