HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED - READ

I would highly not recommend their service for Schengen Visa. Especially working with Sneha is a total loss and she doesn't know how the system works. I specially requested to keep the PNRs valid for some days until Embassy runs checks. I applied for Schengen visa for first time through them and I even paid additional money for LIVE ticket and LIVE hotel + Travel Insurance as the Embassy tends to verify the PNRs, Couple days before the interview I received the booking documents + Cover Letter (Just a very dumb cover letter stating I work in this company and I need your tourist visa, That's it!.. wouldn't even convince myself to give visa if I were an officer). Anyhow trusting they would be experienced I went with the documents they gave and turns out on day of Appointment my Hotel Booking they gave was cancelled and ticket also was cancelled which I wasn't aware of. The documents were submitted to corresponding Embassy through VFS along with their fee around $110

And as I returned home I felt no good, Decided to check the documents such as Hotel + Ticket PNRs and turns out they are cancelled/invalid. That moment I knew I am going to face rejected no matter what and my money over $200 paid to these guys for their service is wasted. Few days later I receive notice to collect my Passport from VFS and the Visa has been rejected under condition "Documents submitted regarding purpose of travel and conditions of stay were not reliable". I tried to appeal and they rejected appeal within 2 days and I believe I was rejected for two reasons:

- Firstly the hotel booking they gave was cancelled in 48 hours (It was no pre-payment booking) so they didn't have to cancel and I also requested them not to but Sneha anyway let it get cancelled and ruined my application. So when the application went through VFS the booking was invalid so Embassy officer checks he instantly know It's a dummy fake booking which is instant reject

- Secondly the dumbest cover letter provided for me by Sneha, Very unprofessional and highly rejectable. All It says is like "I work in x company holding positing y and I need to apply for your country visa for experience place and food" .. Honestly not very convincing because even myself I don't get the feel myself that any effort were put to this writing.

What's worse is I messaged Sneha and she completely wouldn't respond and days later she wants me to try again by paying the fees to their service to have a better chance, Hell no!! Especially when I made special request to them to keep the PNRs valid for some days prior to payment and they promised they would and when they cancelled it even before submitting to Embassy. It's a simple no!

Just don't apply Schengen / Canada Visa with these guys, They are unprofessional and gonna leave your Passport with a Reject in those country database.

If i can give 0 star i will!!! Very Poor customer service! Only good in sales talking and taking people's payment upfront after that they disappear. Overpricing service fee!. . I applied and paid for shengen visa processing on 5 April 2023 , until now i dont get my documents infact my interview is in 2 days May 16,2023 A big time scammer! Staffs are unprofessional and incompetent.!!! They don't explain clearly why i couldn't get my application in advance. Agents sreeraj and akila keep telling lies and promises. they just ignored your messages. I will not recommend their agency personally... There are better agency in bahrain whos service fee is half cheaperr of their price.!!! 😡😡😡😡

This one hurt to read and honestly, we don’t blame you. What you described from 2023 is not okay. Delayed docs, poor communication, and broken promises? That’s a CX nightmare and fully on us.

Since then, we've rebuilt a lot, new internal SLAs, better visibility on file progress, and a stricter escalation system for accountability. You shouldn't have been chasing updates before an embassy appointment, ever.

We’re sorry you had to deal with that version of us. Today’s version is far from perfect, but a whole lot sharper. Appreciate you holding the mirror up - even if it stung.

Initially, I had a bitter experience with the company as a consequence of the irresponsibility of one staff. But later Mr Raffik took over and then advancement was remarkable. It was not easy to start from scratch; however his patience and commitment made my process successful. Houseoftours just only cares about…

Houseoftours just only cares about money. I'm an ex employee worked as a Senior Travel Consultant (Webster Baby - Id: HTIC936) since almost past 2 years giving them high volume business. I have resigned on Feb 5th 2023 as I have not provided proper increment as promised by the management. My increment is not provided from the last 4 months and I have been constantly approaching my managers for the same. The HR is not responding and have my blocked my number while asking for the f&f, giving weird excuses.
They are working from India informing all their customers saying they have offices and staffs in Gulf countries.

They only care for the money, no proper service for their customers. Not even hiring proper experienced staff who has tourism/ visa application background. Hiring newbies without even proper training for visa application. They only want to get the money from the customers, none of them care about providing back proper customer service. No proper documentation is done and they are simply wasting the customers money giving fake commitments. Incase of any rejection for visa application cause of the error happened by documentation team, not even cared to give refund for customers. Holidays packages are provided without least knowledge from the employees and there are hell lotta complaints. Most of the managers and staffs doesn't have any toursim background while dealing with these high priority Visa application for the customers. Tones of customers are getting visa rejections as the staffs are least cared about the documentation. Please do not fall for them.

Management even hold employees hard earned incentives and other salary hike by giving vague excuses when the company is least bothered to hire experienced staff for these kind of priority documentation work.
Poor management, improper work dynamics, inexperienced staffs but great work place to work with.

Thanks for the memoir, we’ve read novels with less plot. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience at House of Tours didn’t match your expectations, though we’re surprised this emotional download took over a year to land here.

Since your departure, we’ve actually overhauled several parts of our operations - including hiring practices, documentation checks, training processes, and yes, our customer service protocols. We agree: some things in the past didn’t go right. But what matters is that we’ve acknowledged them and taken action.

That said, public platforms like this are better suited for customer experiences. If this is about unresolved HR matters, our internal teams remain available - no need for dramatic reviews when direct communication still exists.

Your sorry towards the type of service i countered is irrelevant ,and still you are trying to says highest level of customer which is 360 degree wrong.

It easy for you to say sorry for inconveneince , you have not lost any thing you got paid for horrible service , loss is at my end my application status is reuined and also monetry loss .

Your unrealistic word cannot compensate my losses , you need to compensate .

I will make sure none of my friends and relative come for any of you mishandled services, also whom i referred will ask them not to.The ball is in your court how you compnsate me .

You people are very litargic in handling and not bothered about clients , the way from starting you all handle was all of worries, you screwed my status and my money, it was much as well I would have given this money to people who needed than to you , overall wrong details, my curse is from my heart to all involved in this incident of mine . You people don't know to guide help and respect clients, you pretend as doing favor . This is for what all you charge, shame on you. You service is not work of a star also.Your reason is not professional. I paid a long time and had to follow up like crazy. Your service was only to collect your fees and then as if you do favor on me , had to keep following for everything. Every time a new person responds. No one knows what's happening . Embassy decision is secondary. I made a mistake .Even the lady at the Canadian office complaint redgs details not filled properly there itself I was doubts, you people are playing with clients with you unprofessional staffs ,You people are responsible for it.

Got refusal for visa application for…

Got refusal for visa application for canada..due to inconsistency. the lack of knowledge of the staff handling. I understand its not their fault... but asking that they can re apply again...so paying them once again ...is to much stupidity to do again... never again....wasted money..
