I was having a hard time finding HP901 cartridges at the store. I got online and some how came across your ad and was checking out the prices, and felt this was the answer to my problem. I have tried to contact this company…
I have tried to contact this company through all of its contact points - but to no avail.
I've left messages on their voicemail and I've used that text/chat capture system on their webpage. They do not respond.
If the company cannot or will not respond to a simple web query (concerning one of their products), how do you think it is going to go when you have a problem with an order. I've noticed that many people in the forum (reviews) had a malfunctioning cartridge or received the same color ink or did not receive an ink cartridge and it seems that they simply didn't do anything about it - because the ink was cheap.
I don't feel that way - I like to know that a company stands by its product and is responsive to customer queries and if necessary, a customers complaint.
