The order was received promptly. Yesterday I put in the first color cartridge and the blue ink was not coming out clear. I put in the second color cartridge and it is working perfect. I am going to return the first cartridge with a copy of how the blue ink did not come out correctly. I tried several times. Can you simply send me another cartridge. Thanks. Sheerin Rahman

Glad I found House of Toners! I ordered two ink cartridges that came pretty quickly and they have been working perfectly! The print quality is superb and there's no difference between these cartridges and the Ultra Expensive "Brand" cartridges. I haven't had any issues. Great product. Great price. Will buy again.

I haven't gotten to use any of the ink cartridges yet, but I was pleasantly surprised to find 2 Photo Black cartridges in the package along with the 9-pack I ordered (2 each of CMY, 3 of Black).

The USPS delivered the package with damage to one corner. Fortunately the contents appeared unaffected.

feedback and support for problems with used cartridges. Seems to work OK for now, I dont use printer that much. How long should they last?

I bought the correct reman ink cartridge for my printer, but the printer had an error code which meant cartridge not recognized. I performed all the recommended "fixes" from your website, but nothing worked. I then emailed your company several times, and asked for an RMA code so I could return it. Your company never replied to several emails, and even a voicemail message (to your listed number that no one ever answers). House of Toners is a sham company and a scam. Do not trust them nor waste your money on them.

I'm always looking for a source to purchase great quality ink for my printers that will offer cartridges that won't fail if not OEM. Competitive pricing is most important and I find House of toners offering what I need.
