I am delighted with the beautiful napkins that I ordered online. The quality of the linen is outstanding and the colour very true to the photographs on their website. There was a slight glitch during the order prcess which was immediately dealt with . Excellent communication throughout. I will definitely become a frequent shopper.
Much appreciated the swift replacement of an item damaged in transit!

The cushions I ordered are beautifully made and exactly as described. I love them. There was a slight hiccup with the courier which House of Roya resolved immediately, even sending me a free set of napkins as an apology. Excellent service. Thank you

I ordered 2 cushion covers but not the fillers as I already had some; House of Roya rang me to confirm that I had not forgotten to include the fillers before dispatching my order. Customer Service above and beyond, very professional and friendly service.
