We strongly dispute this review.

Your case has been inconsistent from the beginning. Initially, you claimed that the parcel had not been delivered, despite tracking clearly showing it was delivered by the courier. Later, you changed your statement multiple times, which does not align with the verified delivery information.

Tracking details were provided to you, and the shipment was completed within the stated timeframe. Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, it is no longer within our control.

We also note that instead of cooperating with the courier to resolve the issue locally, you chose to make repeated and conflicting claims.

For clarity, we have full documentation including tracking confirmation and delivery status, which we will provide to Trustpilot if necessary.

We take false accusations of “fraud” very seriously.

If you would still like assistance, we recommend contacting the courier directly, as they are best placed to investigate delivery matters.

We are unable to locate any order associated with this profile, which raises serious concerns about the authenticity of this claim. Posting a 1-star review without any verifiable order details is misleading and unfair to both us and potential customers.

Claims such as “stolen images” and “scam” are completely unfounded and unsubstantiated. We stand by the products we sell and the information presented on our website.

If this is a genuine customer, we invite you to contact us directly with your order number, so we can investigate and resolve the matter properly. Otherwise, this review appears to be inaccurate and not based on a real transaction.

We take false and defamatory claims seriously and reserve the right to escalate such cases with Trustpilot.

We strongly dispute the claims made in this review.

Our records clearly show that:

The correct item was dispatched based on the order placed
We provided full return instructions, including our international return address
A refund was offered upon return, in line with our policy

It is not accurate to state that return details were ignored — these were provided. However, the item has not been returned to us, and we are still awaiting its arrival.

We also note that during communication, the preference expressed was to keep the item while requesting a full refund, which unfortunately is not something we can approve under any circumstances.

For clarity, we are an international company, and this is clearly stated in our policies. The London address referenced is a registered business address, not a returns facility.

We remain open to resolving this matter properly. If the item is returned as instructed, a refund will be processed accordingly.
