My wife having been with the House of Hearing for many years and has always been treated to the highest of standards. Excellent staff, very professional. Special praise to Stuart at the Edinburgh practice.

My wife and I visited the House of Hearing for separate appointments this week. We both received a highly professional consultation. It was very friendly and relaxed with invaluable advice given to us both. We were given full hearing tests and our aids were corrected accordingly. We saw David Parsons one of the senior audiologists who was so helpful and reassuring and our problems and questions were answered immediately. We felt more confident in our hearing and extremely grateful for the help we were given.

Any issues I’ve ever had over the last 5-6 years possibly longer that have always helped, Recently I managed to break a part of my hearing aid and they where so helpful, I sent pictures and spoke with Lisa, she understood my needs completely and had the part sent out that night. Wow!! I contacted HofH after a trip to my GP confirmed that both Ear’s were packed with Wax. Nicola explained the process of wax removal and carried out it exceptionally well. My hearing is now the best it’s ever been & I can’t thank HofH enough!! 100% would recommend.

Hearing restored!
Just had a really good science based consultation with Stuart at House of Hearing and after tests the changes he made are wonderful. As an optometrist I knew to head direct to a stand-alone hearing specialist. If you want a totally professional and honest opinion head here. He’s like me only he does ears not eyes! Thanks again and I hope other people reading this will follow my path of discovery.

Have been involved with HofH Edinburgh for a couple of decades. Simply THE best hearing aid provider in Scotland for so many reasons. In particular Stuart Lyness who is an exceptional member of staff. He goes above and beyond every time. My hearing needs are complex and Stuart is always responsive as he really "gets it" when it comes to making sure my hearing is the best it can be. Superstar!

One of my ears were totally blocked, the other I could hear slightly.
I was given an appointment very quickly at their Edinburgh branch and was warmly welcomed by receptionists. Every thing was explained clearly to me and she made sure I was happy to continue.
I had micro suction and irrigation to remove all of the ear wax.
Wow what a difference, to be able to hear clearer than I have in years.
Fantastic service. Although not the cheapest place to have ear wax removed I would highly them. It was worth every penny. Thanks so much. :)

Phenomenal; from reception to audiology. I felt listened to and respected. I called with a problem that left me feeling vulnerable and pushed aside from other companies. Reception was so considerate and kind, they got me a next day appointment. Audiology was detailed and knowledgeable.

This is not an invited review but voluntary one. Visited Edinburgh center for a hearing test. Just cannot praise their service more. Senior Audiologist Stuart Lyness was very friendly, helpful and honest. He patiently explained everything. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and an acknowledgment that they cannot match the bigger chains on prices but can beat them on service. The centre was clean and refreshing.
