House of Hearing - Edinburgh Recensioni

All staff seemed helpful friendly and knowledgeable.

Lovely helpful nurse. reassured me, as nervous.

Would highly recommend. David was friendly & professional, the hearing examination was thorough & results clearly explained. I am very happy with the hearing aids I purchased & the after sales service is very good. I’m very glad I changed to the House of Hearing.

Removed ear wax after 3 unsuccessful attempts elsewhere.

Solved my hearing problem - very impressed with the experience and with the efficient and friendly service

The practitioner treating my ear wax was very attentive ...and persistent in the face of some stubborn ear wax deep in my left side..
Going back in a week for her to check for any infection or other issues..

Professional and friendly technician. Very pleasant environment.

I was a very anxious tourist whose hearing aid broke. I turned up unannounced and they were able to fix it ( replace the receiver within 20 mins) I was incredibly grateful.

After a couple of years struggling with hearing aids that were not helping my hearing loss I decided to go to House of Hearing in Edinburgh. My audiologist, Stuart Lyness, could not have been more helpful. The treatment and information given was excellent and really helped me. It was really useful for my wife too as she was able to experience what my hearing loss sounds like so gave her a better understanding of what it’s like. Looking forward to having better hearing in a couple of weeks.

Helpful and clear information. Very helpful professional staff

I attended House of Hearing having been advised by the NHS Audio Department in Lauriston Place, Edinburgh, that it was necessary for ear wax to be removed. After examination, I was told there was no need for ear wax to be removed. I was taken aback but accepted the situation though dissatisfied with the outcome.

Professional, friendly, and helpful

I have restricted mobility and in communications before my treatment great consideration was taken to ensure access to the clinic was achievable. The young lady who carried out the procedure was friendly and informative.

When I was on vacation in Edinburgh tracing my Scottish roots, I needed urgent help for my hearing aid. Both the receptionist and the audiologist could not have been more helpful. A deeply buried dome and wax filter were retrieved and replaced all at no charge. I was overwhelmed with appreciation. I wish I could say the same would happen in the USA. Thank you to both of you. I apologize for forgetting your names.

I was treated professionally but with kindness and care.

The place was clean and fresh. Very professional. Extremely informative how to manage keeping my ears clean. Not to use abrasive drops. Which I had done and my ears were very flaky and itchy.

The visit was quick, friendly and professional

Easy going staff .

Was seen quickly, talked through the test and options were explained well
