House Fox Estate Agents Recensioni

Really pleased with the service we got from all the team at house fox.
Thank you very much.

We have been fortunate enough to sell and purchase various properties through House Fox over the years and once again we received a great 5* service from the start to completion. Neil and his team were on the case from the beginning. Sensible and valued advice and always kept us updated. Towards the end nearing exchange / completion we had an major issue with the start of the chain but Neil jumped on this problem and rectified the situation within a few days which all meant we could complete at the end of March. Do not go anywhere else, these are the guys you want to sell your house through. Massive Thanks to Neil and his professional team for fantastic service. Cannot recommend House Fox enough. Thank you.

Very approachable and knowledgable of their local market. Sensible advice and once chosen the property was listed on the Internet within 48hours. Plenty of well composed images generated immediate viewings. From listing to completion just 8 weeks. Thank you.
These are the guys to sell with.

Neil and the whole team were exceptionally professional from our first meeting. They were always available and honest in our discussions and although it was a lengthy process they brought about a successful conclusion. I would have no doubts in recommending them or using them again if the need arose.

From the very first contact will Neil and the team nothing was to much trouble ,from marketing the house to completion ,they were always on the end of a phone call,Niki kept us constantly updated and helped with chasing up solicitors ,I can see why they win so many awards ,I would highly recommend House Fox 100%.

This is the second time we have used award winning Housefox to sell a property for us and highly recommend them. They are a dedicated and professional team and use Simon James for photos who is an amazing photographer. They ensure that viewers are well informed and motivated to purchase.
Last time we had 5 viewings one after another and 3 offers. This time the property was sold within hours of going live with two viewings back to back and both offering the full asking price. Both sellers and buyers are kept very well informed making the sale process as stress free as possible.

Excellent all round service right from the start, Josh came out to do the valuation, very friendly & knowledgeable. Gorgeous pictures by professional photographer. Staff at the office in Weston super mare always very approachable & helpful. Would definitely recommend House Fox, I will use them again in the future too. Thanks everyone

Top class job . Very professional photos which certainly bring your property into another class from other agents . Staff keep you well informed of any viewings, all feed back , we also sold within weeks great communication throughout would definitely recommend and use again if needed. Can't thank Neil and niki enough also there team .

Very good service. Friendly staff answered all queries quickly and efficiently. Would recommend them to all family and friends.

Great personal service by Neil and the team.
Answered all my queries promptly and understood the property market.
Would recommend

I chose House Fox simply because they had sold a lot of properties in my area their fees were very reasonable
The photographs they took of my property were excellent they were true to the house as since viewing other properties the pictures have been overstated to say the least. They conducted all my viewings and the house was sold after only being on the market 2 weeks. I found all the staff polite and courteous and professional and would have no hesitation of using them again

Thankyou to the Housefox team for selling my house, if I had another house to sell I would put it with you.
The photographs were amazing and showed the house at its best even in the winter.
Communication great all round and through the process.
Thankyou so much

Did not receive asking price but fairly happy with outcome.

I engaged HouseFox to sell my property in Wedmore and I cannot speak highly enough of the service provided.

The engagement was on the basis of a mutually agreeable fixed price (I believe that this is their standard trading arrangement)

From that point the service was first class. Everything from the initial meeting, to survey, to the high calibre photography and viewings was handled professionally and in a timely manner.

Based upon my experience I would not hesitate to recommend HouseFox to sell a property.

Personal thanks to James and Paul for looking after this transaction. You made it a pleasure.

Thank you House Fox for all your hard work and professionalism. Your service has been outstanding and in particular my contact with James has been superb. Communication is the key with any Buisness and James has been able to keep me informed all the way through the process. Gabby has also been brilliant with the following up and keeping all parties informed too. So once again thank you to the whole team at House Fox. I would have no hesitation in recommending you all in the future.

A massive thank you to Neil and his team at House Fox, they sold our house within a week of it being on the market 😁.

James and the team did a great job selling my late mother's house in a difficult market. They were always courteous, responsive and helpful. They also provided regular feedback following viewings. They clearly have a great feel for the local market.

An easy transaction from start to finish with Nikki and Neil following up on any details and liaising with all parties to bring the matter to a successful conclusion in a timely fashion.
I had unsuccessful dealings with two other local agents prior to instructing House Fox who ultimately delivered the goods.
Well done House Fox and "Thankyou!"

If I could give 10 stars I would so definitely a five star from me. House fox were absolutely amazing with selling my home. Down to the first meet ,taking the photos, creating the advert, Viewings and everything that happens during the selling point to completion. Niki has been exceptionally fantastic and kept me up to date regularly with everything that was happening with my sale and the sale the other end. Niki was more helpful than the solicitors. If I need to sale again in the future I will definitely be using housefox, they are a professional company and go above and beyond to help you, cannot recommend them enough. Thank you all so much for all your help from start to finish

House Fox come highly recommended, but the absolute star of the show is Abby Elkins. She is a true professional, extremely knowledgeable, full of excellent advice, honest, reliable, caring and willing to go the extra mile to keep her potential sales on track and progressing. Make sure you try to deal with her if you can. A special shout out also goes to Gabby Lathall who answered all my questions from Portugal brilliantly. Thank you both.
