Purchase of a Summer House
I carried out research into purchasing a Lugarde Summer house, and of all the dealers, Hot Tubs of Bicester were the most favourable.
Subsequent dealings were excellent, with considerable courtesy, knowledge of the product, and help in construction.
I have no hesitation in giving them 5 stars
and recommending them.

Excellent Service
I was very impressed with the service I received from Hot tubs Oxfordshire, from the minute we walked into the showroom, to when our hot tub was finally installed. Everyone was friendly and helpful and we are so pleased with our purchase. We were particularly pleased with how flexible and supportive they were when we had to change our installation date three or four times. We would thoroughly recommend and look forward to dealing with them again.

5* service and product
From our visit to the show room to installation this company has been excellent. Friendly, informative, not too pushy (but we did massively exceed our initial, very optimistic budget!!) and totally professional throughout. Answered all of our queries, delayed delivery twice due to our landscaping issues and even delivered to us over the Xmas break when technically they were closed.
The hot tub itself is beyond our expectations.
Absolutely thrilled with our purchase, the service we received and aftercare.

And we're genuinely chuffed for you as well since you've got yourself a really lovely spa, even though it meant rethinking your original budget. We believe you've made a superb choice (even though you'd expect that we would say that)
Now that it's all in place, we have no doubts that you'll have many years of joy with it.
Broken spa
After many years of service our spa broke. Barry visited to investigate. Knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly - all the things you need to build confidence.
The required spare was carried on his van so all in all a non fuss experience and I would highly recommend

Totally excellent in every way
I am so pleased to have chosen Hot Tubs to supply and assemble a 5x6 metre Lugarde garage. It is not possible to get better service, communication and assembly. The quality of the wooden structure which has insulated floor, walls and roof is exceptional. Double glazed window and door and the up and over garage door are superb. Hot Tubs did a great assembly job and I recommend not to try to do it oneself!

We hired a hot tub from Hot Tubs Oxfordshire for a weekend. It was everything we could have hoped for. Top quality tub and a great service all round from the guys who delivered it and picked it up. They were friendly and explained everything we needed to know very clearly. We had a fantastic weekend with the hot tub on our patio. We were in and out of it from early morning to late at night. Investiment in a hot tub.
Decided to invest in a hot tub having used one at Xmas while on holiday.
Having done some research I come to realise there is a lot of suppliers out there and vast range of modules to pick from.
I wanted to pick a local supplier who main dealt with hot tubs. I came across Hot Tubs Oxfordshire where I met with the owner Kenny.
I'm glad I found this company and chose to stick with them.
No hard sales pitch, family run business and I've been fortune to have met with all the employees of the business over the course of time, each one giving their advise.
From placing the order, doing a wet test in the show room, to delivery and installation, the entire experience has been very very good, I cannot fault it.
The continued support from them has been outstanding and as such I have purchased other items from them.
I will be joining others as a continued customer for the foreseeable future with out a shadow of doubt.
Note, Kenny was also great on giving advise on garden enclosures for the hot tub and has teamed up with other trusted partners to provide a complete outdoor solution. The sky's the limit as they say.

EXCELLENT SERVICE, HELPFUL COMPANY
Firstly the owner was super helpful when I called to discuss the hot tub issue I have. Gave me a lot of time in trying to resolve it without a call out fee over the phone.
The lady in the office was so warm and friendly trying to fit a visit around a hospital appointment.
Barry turns up and he's very polite, really helpful and fixed the problem. Best home visit appliance experience I have had. Well done what an excellent team and company you run.
