Great service from Hot Tubs Oxfordshire today. I needed to move my hot tub and gave them a call to see if they could help on the same day, and they did it! Huge thank you to Lisa and the technicians Dan and Ross who helped make it happen. Great customer service accommodating a last minute job!

First time hot tub owner and hot tubs Oxfordshire have been excellent, the communications was brilliant throughout. A huge thank you to Ross for coming and servicing the hot tub, did a fantastic job and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

I have used hot tubs a few times
I have hired a hot tub for a couple of years from hot tubs . From the people who book the hire to the people that assemble the hot tub they are all helpful/ polite and efficient .
I would recommend them and will be hiring my hot tub next year from them.

Excellent company. Great service from start to finish. Used them to hire a hot tub for our holiday let for our weeks stay and it was brilliant. Cant recommend them high enough

Hot tub Oxfordshire excellent service!
We hired a hot tub for an 18th Birthday surprise, we had the most wonderful week enjoying the relaxation and calm of sitting in the hot tub every night.
Kenny and his team were absolutely amazing installing and uninstalling the hot tub, It was no hassle or inconvenience and they were very thoughtful and helpful.
We enjoyed it so much, we can’t wait to do it again, thank you Hot Tubs Oxfordshire!

Hot Tubs Oxfordshire installed a hot tub and pergola in July. Customer service was great, this is a very friendly family business, that really look after their customers.
Installation was simple and work standard excellent.

Excellent service, installation and after sales care
We have wanted a hot tub for a long time and given we had invested in a new patio (with the New Driveway company) the timing seemed perfect. So we designed a space for the hot tub and set about finding one. Given we are first time hot tub buyers the idea of buying a hot tub and then being on your own was daunting. From our first visit to the showroom to the installation, of the hot tub, and after service experience/package we have had an extremely positive and human experience. Carla and her team have been very professional and pro-active with the sales and after service elements. Kenny and his team have conducted a pre-installation visit and set up the hot tub so it was ready to experience on the same day. We love it and between all the family someone has been in it every day so far. Kenny gave us clear instructions regarding all the chemicals to use and when - so far so good. We are going for a 3 month service package so we keep everything to a high standard and ensuring it is kept clean and hygienic given it will be used most days!
If you are looking for a hot tub I strongly recommend you visit Hot Tubs Oxfordshire.

A very good experience from start to finish. Booking was easy and at a time I requested and emails are always answered promptly, Ross, the technician, is very personable and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and he explained what he was doing which I found helpful. And he kept in touch with his arrival time at my property which I find useful. I would definitely recommend Hot Tubs Bicester and will definitely use them again for my next service.

Very impressed with the service from Phil and Kieron diagnosed the issue very quickly had the parts with them and replaced and fixed in no time and it was in the pouring rain. Definitely recommend using their services.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. Ross found the issue straight away, the part came in quickly and everything was fixed within a shorter timeframe than expected.
Ross was very professional and efficient, and always smiling even when soaking wet and working in torrential rain!

Annual Service…
Ross (the one with the nice teeth) and Kaleb (Sorry, Dan!) cleaned our tub today. On time, courteous and nice guys to have around. Cheerful and made our tub look good as new. The blue gel flush is very satisfying to watch, albeit a bit gross!
