The product was delivered 2 days earlier than we expected, which really helped with the contract program we were working to.
It was simple to install & works brilliantly.
We shall be ordering the same again for the next stage of the building fit out.

The simple to install instant boiling water solution comes with 2 years parts and labour warranty however if you register the location/owner on our website warranty registration we extend this to 5 years no quibble! Excellent product
Excellent product. I have the tap installed and working now for over 4 years. It has worked perfectly for that time period. I had one small issue with the product caused by me doing work in our kitchen but regardless Hotspot came out and fixed the problem. The customer service is fantastic.

Perfect boiling water tap
We have the black matt hotspot titanium for almost a year now and we (my wife and i) love it! We have 2 young kids here but it is totally safe for them. We really like the design too 👌🏻

Quality Product
We have a Matt Black Titanium Hotspot at our office coffee point, functions perfectly and I love the 'Robust' feel to the tap.

Love the tap and the great customer service
Absolutely love my Hotspot Titanuim tap. We've had it 6 months now and I don't think I could ever go back to a kettle!
We got a stainless steel effect tap, it looks stylish, water flow is beautifully smooth, and the filtered boiling water is so helpful in our very hard water area.
Top tea brewing tip; as the boiling water is oxygenated - allow the few bubbles to disperse momentarily before you put your teabag in.
When I had a minor problem with the tap, the customer service response was swift, super helpful with remedied really quickly (thank you Scott)
Highly recommend this tap and company. If you're on the fence about getting a boiling water tap because of the inital cost outlay, you honestly will have no regrets. Once you've been using it a while and start to benefit the convenience, improved taste and safety features, you will wonder how you ever managed without it!
Sorry kettles, but this is the end for you ....;)

Perfect Hotwater Tap
We have recently installed a Hotspot Titanium tap into our office. The water supply in the area is very hard and often foul tasting. We have used a system of filter jugs and a kettle, and all of the associated limescale build-up for many years.
I also have a hot water tap at home and know that an alternative well known brand tends to splutter quite badly which can be dangerous.
The tap is PERFECT. The 'two press' system of accessing the hot water is really easy to use and there is no absolutely no spluttering. The filter is great, and the water is oxygenated, which causes bubbles in the water for a few seconds and very quickly settles to perfectly clear water.
I'd say that when it comes to water, and tea(!!) I am very particular, almost impossible to please. This tap has exceeded my expectations, and in terms of installing one into a business, its efficient and the capacity is great for holding meetings. No more waiting for the kettle to re-boil!.

Great Product & Service
This a great Instant Hot Water Tap. We have used on several of our Commercial Projects and has been gratefully received by our clients. They are a great company to deal with, very responsive and always go out of there to deliver a great service which matches their product.

very good quality feel about the tap - not sure how long the rubber 'boiling' button will last with the amount of use it gets - but it works very well - very happy with the entire install and product. Nice good quality feel about the whole thing.

Please be assured that all our 3-in-1 taps have successfully passed the WRAS minimum 210,000 operations testing at both KIWA and NSF testing houses. If in any doubt however, we do offer an even more robust dispense mechanism with our Calisto & Vitoria 3-in-1 options. Great bit of kit for the workplace environment. Lot less faff than kettles, water boilers etc.
Hotspot is the most simple and robust of all the products we considered.
Ideal commercial solution that paid for itself in increased productivity.
