University Library new hot water tap from Hotspot
Great service from Hotspot, unit fitted and up and running within hours. The unit has been used extensively by students in the 4 weeks since fitting and has stood up to rigorous usage.

I love my tap and use it for everything, I have never had an issue so I’m extremely happy and would recommend it for everyone.
I have a chrome swan neck shape and it blends in perfectly with my kitchen. I would never go back to a kettle

Delighted that you are happy to recommend, perhaps we should set up a refer-a-friend incentive! We love the chrome swan neck also, whilst we have alternative tap styles and tap finishes, the chrome swan neck is most often the best choice!

The service in terms of providing a new filter was excellent. The UK distributor sent me detailed instructions via email so I could do it myself, and his contact details if I struggled.
While I really like the tap itself, I would not recommend buying this product if you are left handed. I managed to burn myself twice and even considered having the tap turned around. However, as other people use it too, that was not really an option for me.

Thank you so much for this wonderful review. As you suggest the tap orientation can be altered for left handed users albeit it then isn't as practical for right handed users. This is something we are considering for next generation product as we are always looking at ways in which we can improve.
