Avoid this app if you don't want to be scammed! I made payment through the app, and it still shows awaiting payment. I called all their numbers non of it is going through, their whatsapp line isn't a number on whatsapp. These a pure indications of scam. Do this app ever work for anyone because I expect by now, they should have been shut down and prosecuted for scams

Non confirmation of payment and given wrong information on their website.

I made a payment on their website which they did not confirm, and the price they displayed on their website is totally different from the price the hotel charges which made me to pay additional cost.

Simple advise to anyone planning on using this site. Please avoid! My wife decided to book a hotel via Hotels.ng. she got to lagos with kids only to get to the hotel and was told no room and they couldn't find her booking. It took 4hrs for the hotel to finally get her a room considering she pre booked 3 days in advance. Apparently miss communication between hotel and so call hotel.ng. awful!

Please avoid using this leg.it organisation I was persuaded to pay for a poor standard apartment not worth the value before actually seeing it which I couldn't stay on for the duration booked due to it's state. I contacted Hotels.ng asking for refund of the remaining nights but they kept fobbing me off with different stories 1st that the hotel disputed the number of nights I claimed then they later kept saying they were in dialogue with the Hotel management which has been over 3 weeks ago now. The apartment is Premiership Suite Ikeja.

I booked reservation through hotels.ng and paid on 30/07/23, booking confirmation was sent to me for 28/12/23, after three months I asked them through whatsapp to confirm my booking and they said that the booking is still valid. I called the hotel direct on 25/12/23 and I was informed that there is no reservation in my name. Please be mindfull when dealing with Hotels.ng, they play games with your money, their booking mark up is high. Please deal with the hotel direct, avoid them.

Most of the hotels are not active and even if they not active they are listed and you can book them... wf?

Hotel.ng they are extremely unreliable and highly incompetent.

Please avoid Hotels.ng if you intend to book a hotel. They made me pay for booking but did not reserve the accommodation for me. They have also refused to refund my money. Please read details of what transpired below:

I received a confirmation email after some hours of making a reservation on Hotels.ng. They requested that I make payment which I made. I arrived at the hotel I booked the next day only to be informed that Hotels.ng did not confirm any reservation with them. Hotels.ng called me while I was at the hotel to notify me that the rooms I paid for was not available but more expensive rooms are available if I will like to take them. Since the hotel MD herself told me that Hotels.ng did not reserve any room with them, I asked for immediate refund of the money I paid to Hotels.ng.

Hotels.ng staff were dribbling me, telling me that refund has been made but I never received any money. I requested that they send the evidence of refund to me but they continue to dribble me. I have called their number multiple times and they tell me the same stories that they were going to send evidence of refund but they never did.

Do not subscribe to their newsletter. It is impossible to unsubscribe again. I have been attempting to get off their email list for years with no luck.

If I could give them 0, I will. They collected money for reservation two weeks earlier but they didn’t actually make any reservation until that morning.

They will disturb your mail and WhatsApp line with messages to complete your booking as if their life depends on it and still deliver a terrible experience. They will front as if they are staffs of that hotel and they are not. Very dubious people.

In summary, we never got what we booked for. We also never got a refund. I will never advise anyone to book through them. Look for the phone number of the actual hotel for your own good and book with them please.

Please never use hotels.ng to book reservations if you love yourself.

I paid for a hotel booking at Westwood Hotel Ikoyi for 18 Aug through Hotel.ng. When I arrived at hotel I was not provided the room. I was told there was no reservation for me & they had not received the payment. Hotel.ng does not dispute this. Nevertheless, 2 weeks after, Hotel.ng has not refunded my payment. Use them at your peril
