DO NOT USE - Slow customer service, buggy app, never actually showed up in google shopping reviews. it's all a terrible experience. I'd try Judge.me or another better platform instead.

Stamped.IO kept spamming me despite repeated requests to UNSUBSCRIBE after buying an Aeropress. You'd think that a firm like Aeropress might have been a bit careful about the suppliers they worked with. The experience has changed my impression of Aeropress from positive to negative. Avoid Stamped!

We have been using stamped for some time and find that the software is very clunky and does not sync very well to our shopify store.
The Customer service is honestly the slowest I have ever had to deal with! Every time we have to do a theme update we are always left with having to reset the software and get certain coding resynced. Trying to get Stamped to help is the painful process! We have been using them since we started and feel we would have had a better service with another company like Judge me, had we used them from the start.

I used stamped.io until I found a different review software that did more. That was six months ago... my customers are being spammed randomly by stamped.io now. I asked why they were sending my customers weird, spammy emails that look terrible, and they said I still have an account. I asked them to fix this, and they said I still have an account with them, and I most definitely do not. My customer is confused, and I'm pissed. Stamped has yet to fix my issue or respond to my complaint emails.

Beware! They automatically sent out 25 same emails same days requesting review from my 100,000 customers destroying whole business and they can’t even turn it iff. It is malfunction due to update. Damages to my reputation are unrepeatable. I have to go to the federal court to sue them for damages. But it can not be undone. And it happened even while no any campaign was scheduled! Their soft became heavy spammer of your best clients! I hope they have insurance.

We paid upfront for a year for your reviews using Mustafa N. as our account support, and our development project took far longer than expected. We are still going and its nearly a year later. Stamped refuse to refund us or provide credit to reflect the delay. We have not used your software at all, and yet they say we are not entitled to a refund or anything, which I find egregious and this is something everyone needs to be aware of. Someone from Stamped, please contact me to arrange a resolution as I don't want to write bad reviews all over the place. Thankyou

Scam please avoid
I lost over £1000

The company is a scam.
Was looking for a remote job and signed up for data collection/surveys
Got approached on WhatsApp regarding my application and straight away gave me ways to sign up to said company.
She then claimed i would help her get commission and then would go into my account.
First day commison was below 150 so wouldn't be able to withdraw. First red flag. (Should of trusted my gut instinct)
Second day.
I had what is called a merge product where your account goes into minus.
So you have to then deposit your own money from a wise account.
At the end of the 38 tasks I could request to withdraw the money. But told I wasn't to withdraw all of it yo save some for next day. 2nd red flag.
Today. I have another merge product, but as I had money tied up in available balance this was then frozen so I paid £150 to get funds released. But straight after I got another merge product sending my balance to -£532 and my £1,500 balance frozen.
So to release funds I needed to pay £532.00

Luckily I have only lost £200 but this could of been alot worse.

DO NOT DO IT!!!!

Approached via Whatsapp by agent/mentor. gets you to do reviews for 1% commission.
One you earn the commissions and tries to withdraw the money, they give all the excuses such as

1.you need to earn $ 100 commission to qualify to withdraw

2. Withdraw password is wrong

3. Deposit 20% more to qualify to withdraw.

If you are contacted by the above mentioned numbers, take them for a ride if report them to action fraud.

These scammers will ask you to transfer money to BINANCE, REVOLUT, WISE, TRUST WALLET, ZEN and then from there to their accounts
I lost £8000 to these low lives.

If you mentioned to them about the negative reviews on trust pilot, they said that other companies trying to defame them.

So please please be careful

Attempted five times to write a review for 32 degrees online clothing. I was giving them a zero, because I was extremely disappointed in the product. When I attempted to submit a review it not allow it obviously because of the low rating. I question if this is purposely done.

We wasted over two years attempting to get Stamped to work and it never did. I wish I never used their service. I will never get back my time or my developers time. It has been an absolute waste of time and money. Let alone thousands of missed opportunities of not getting reviews from our customers and not showing product ratings on google shopping. You have one thing to do and you can't even get that right.

This company has provided great employment opportunities and has helped me from a difficult time

It makes me sad to leave this bad review. I have been with Stamped from day one when it was run by 1 person somewhere in Indonesia or the Philippines or who knows where. I forgot. The developer used to talk to me in the middle of the night and fix bugs or design problems on the fly as I passed them over to him. I recommended them to everyone! But it's not the same company now since they were acquired.

What prompts this review are 2 things. Their loyalty app is not at all user-friendly for sighted folks and even worse for the blind who cannot use it at all. This alone forced us to leave to avoid a lawsuit, but the icing on the cake is because the loyalty app just stopped working and we've been waiting for a fix for over a month. Our clients are getting very angry because the points can't be applied to orders. They have to call in and the staff here has to give them a discount manually. Stamped says it's BigCommerce's problem. It's up to plugins to be compatible with the main platform, not the other way around, but they don't get that, I guess. We have no choice but to leave and we did.

Scam !! As an intern working for this company is a very very bad idea. They ask you to deposit crypto usdt in order to earn more money but they just trapped you and ask for more and more and when you want to withdraw, they find lots of excuses to make you to deposit even more in their platform to discourage you and being left brome without any money . They will not allow you to take your money back if you dont comply with their rule . So in this way you can consider broke of a couple of thousands. I lost with them more than 8000£ .

I joined this organisation as a marketing review employee, this is absolutely fraudulent activity! they lure you into making deposits with real currency make you think youre earning commision, then freeze your deposit to pay more, if you can not pay the deposit you lose your deposit! That's a scam not a job !!

Here's a review I wrote for stamped.io based on the usage for last 1 year.I don't why there's multiple reviews that points the negative but I can clarify it's the best tool you can use for post purchase

Review: While go through their review system it works perfectly for both paid and free user's. Their Pricing plan's started from $0 when renewed each month that can be carried up to who run a store less than 50 orders and you can shift to 23 plan when when having more. It comes with multiple integration s, checkout reviews, sms reviews and more

Loyalty: consider on loyalty program, there's no other who offered better features even for started with free plan who carry less than 50 orders. Basics features with no limit in user's, redemption, offers, task.

Cons of loyalty: Pricing starts from 59 and this might be bit different who having More than free tier but their net sales are lower.

Overall it's a perfect option who needs to provide a better service for users
