Extra „taxes“ everywhere, parking fee for 35 USD + 7 USD valet costs. We paid on their official website 40 USD per person for breakfast and received a 20 USD voucher per person. HOW IS THIS NOT THEFT?????? We stayed at the Daytona hotel.

Vakantie doorgebracht zonder bagage omdat die was zoek geraakt blijkt tussen vliegveld en hotel op Ibiza
Het hard rock Hotel gaf aan niets te kunnen doen omdat zij niet aansprakelijk waren voor de koffers vanaf vliegveld op Ibiza
Wie dan wel Corendon en hardrock hotel wijzen naar elkaar en ik en mijn kinderen zijn de dupe voor een waardeloze vakantie zonder kleren
Waardeloos hotel heeft geen hulp verleend niet normaal

Geen hulp bij vermissing koffers
1 week vakantie gehad op Ibiza met mijn kids van 10 en 13 waarbij onze koffers zoek raakte
De receptie zou ze de volgende dag brengen verder niets gehoord of gezien 1 week lang waardoor mijn kids een waardeloze vakantie hadden
Hard rock hotel gaf andere de schuld en wees naar andere
Daar ging het helemaal niet om hulp had fijn geweest ipv andere de schuld geven
Koffers zijn na 3 maanden terug bezorgd belachelijk
Geen hulp geen ondersteuning
Wat wel is gebracht een bord je fruit met chocolaatje s
Mooie hulp voor mijn kids zonder ondergoed en geen tandenborstel

A few days ago visited Davos in Switzerland & stayed a night in the hotel. Lovely & clean, modern room. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast, good selection & calm atmosphere. The souvenir shop was run by a really friendly guy called Andy. So helpful. We bought a tshirt each. Would visit again if in the area.
Be aware…. They give super cheap rates but it’s without tax and fees and these are extortionate. I ended up with 50% extra in fees and taxes. Original booking $748.55 …. I ended up paying 1,130.19
