Easy to use

Easy to use. Direct and no fuss app. Don't change a thing Hot Doc, you guys have it perfect as it is.Thats the issue with certain apps, they 'fix' things that aren't broken. Don't make the same mistake.

Apps that serve the Practice not the person

it’s not about what went wrong this time which is a pathetic question. It is assumes your baseline is something decent. If I can’t cancel an appointment that was made by the clinic what exact two-way system are you running here? Also, it’s clunky and difficult for older people perhaps with arthritis to actually work. Probably some millennial somewhere has decided that the ability to make the life of the GP easier is much more important than the convenience of the patient.

This is setting that clinics can manage as to whether they prefer their patients to cancel via HotDoc or require their patients to contact the clinic to make cancellations.
