Worst Booking App Ever!

HotDoc is the most useless app I have ever used. My family clinic has stopped using Health Engine for their appointments which is most distressing. HotDoc is supposed to make like easier so you don't need to ring the clinic, well that didn't work. I made my appointment and then it said that my appointment had been changed. I then had to call the clinic to confirm my appointment which when I finally got through after being on hold for 30 minutes and hanging up and redialling was told no it hadn't been changed. Go back to Health Engine which was fantastic for years. I will never book through HotDoc ever again it is useless and I will be removing the app from my phone. What's the point since you have to ring the clinic to confirm your appointment.

Verve Family Doctors have always been…

Verve Family Doctors have always been reliable helpful and work towards assisting you with your health and wellbeing. From the office staff, nurses, doctors ( shout out to Dr Andrew McDonald, Dr Ishani Saraswat and Dr Tristan Htut) I am forever greatful they have assisted with my family and my health along with my extended families health for over 45 years in total. The care they have provided along with support and follow ups is truely remarkable. Highly recommend this team!
