Terrible experience...
Recently got moved to them when they "acquired" my current provider.
Been nothing but nightmare after nightmare BY THEM and now they've cut off my mail for non-payment of an invoice which their system is not allowing me to pay with an error every time! Would NOT recommend.

Die bedrijf deugt niet. Ze hadden in een jaar tijd 4 keer geld afgeschreven voor een domein naam die ik bij hun geparkeerd laten staan. Vaak gemaild en gebeld maar steeds van kastje naar de muur gestuurd. Dat ging over een klein bedrag maar was op het gegeven moment een principiële zaak. Dat is nu al verjaard maar voel ik me nog bedonderd!

I have been using hostway for several decades and what few problems I encountered were quickly remedied by customer support. The support is fast and the ability to edit my website is very intuitive with no instruction needed to modify my website.

I think Hostway is great. It is up 99.999% of the time. We have had absolutely no problems. Hostway has also been really helpful when we need something done, like installing the certificates, renewing our website, etc. Just ask them.

Hostway has worked well for my small business since I started in 2002.
Website is easy to navigate and cost is aligned with my needs.
The few times that I had to reach out to customer service, they were nice and helpful. The one time I did have an issue, the representative stayed in contact with me until the issue was resolved.

They provided no help in solving the problem that my website was not accessible.

I never think about my hostway service which I have had for many years. I never think about it because it just works. Solid and reliable. What else need I say?

They don't provide dmarc and dkim for domain authentication. Not only that they charged us web hosting when we only had email hosting and refused to refund the fees and were rude about it. Be careful and look at your invoice closely.

I removed the previous bad review. After talking with One of the managers, Ms. Joy. She fixed my issues.

Hostway really needs to provide proper customer service skills to their billing agents. They are extremely arrogant and have zero (0) respect for customers.

The reason I increased to 3 stars is because of the manager's resolution of my problem.

Our company provides IT and telecom support. In an effort to assist a new client, we reached out to members of Hostway's sales and technical support staff. I have been very pleased so far with their breadth of knowledge as well as their expertise and patience when explaining the various options available to the client etc. I look forward to working with them in the future.

Ihad a problem reference a possible hacker. The agent answered my questions and helped me and i got the problem corrected within minutes.

Ik reageer even op de poging van Hostway om iedereen die een uitermate slechte review heeft gegeven te benaderen dat het een ander bedrijf betreft in DE betreft. Nu durven ze ook nog te beweren dat het niet hetzelfde bedrijf is. Ik kan je vertellen dat ze mijn persoonlijke gegevens hebben gebruikt in de Duitse variant en mij opnieuw hebben benaderd en false facturen hebben gestuurd. Laat svp je recensie staan zodat deze oplichters niet nog meer mensen kunnen oplichten!

I appreciate the fact that the customer service representatives take the time to understand concerns and explain them, helping me to make changes or modifications to my services as needed. They are knowledgeable, friendly and proactive.

I have been a customer of Hostway for 2 decades. I have several websites. Never once have I had a problem with Hostway or its service. Any questions are responded to in a timely manner. I highly recommend their professionalism and pricing.
