Resetting the server has proven to be a frustrating challenge, and the operating system options are limited compared to what I've experienced with other major VPS providers.
Additionally, I've encountered delayed responses from customer service, which has only added to my frustration. The overall performance of the VPS has not met my expectations, and I feel that the support provided does not align with the needs of their customers.
One concerning aspect is that the ISP details link back to EGIHosting, which raises questions about HostSlick's credibility in claiming that they own and operate all their infrastructure. This connection makes me skeptical about the level of service and reliability they can truly provide.
Given these issues, I will not be continuing my service with HostSlick, and I would advise potential customers to carefully consider their options before committing.

Requested a VPS on May 6 via a link from lowendbox. Ordered and paid. After 2 days no server was delivered, so I created a ticket; I received an answer on May 8 that that service was no longer sold and a refund had been initiated. As of June 13, no refund has been received yet. After trying to contact several times, there is no response. Hopefully it will be here and I will get my payment back soon.

I have very bad experience with hostlick. I ordered a yearly VPS with 11.11 offer. They were not able to provide that even after their committed time 24 hours. I told them all the things I did not expect from them, they initiated refund suddenly! I did not request refund. Even, their CEO who replies ticket is not good at customer handling. Avoid this hosting.
He immediately bans client area so that people cannot take prove. When people give 1 star, he marked as flagged and trust pilot wants prove.

Learn how to handle customer first. Whether you were rude or not, I took screenshot before banning my client area. Is banning client area not one of your rude behaves? You did not provide server within committed time 24 hours which is not a short time for vps business. Didn't you do anything wrong that made customer rude? Even you replied my ticket more than 12 hours late after payment!!! I waited another 12 hours before being rude. Should customer do smile if you do wrong? Isn't being rude normal here? You made that situation. so that I reacted. Moreover, I did not cross my limit. Customer can be rude. It is simple in business. As an owner you should learn how to handle this. You are not doing charity here, We, customers pay for the service. Minimum courtesy is to ask before providing refund. I was rude that did not mean I lost trust on you. If so, I would ask for refund. But when you initiated refund suddenly, I lost full trust.

Grow your common sense. With your business, you are reflecting your nation also.

Compare your replies in trust point with other good organization that how politely they handle situation.

With this kind of behave, you will have to shut down your business in near future. Business does not grow with ego.

By the way, thanks god for the situation, I have got Ryzen 9 series VPS. I would not have discovered it if you had assisted in losing trust on you.

Saw a deal posted on LET , May 2023 "brutal" offers . Overall the vps is as advertised, but the 10gbit connection isn't performing better than a 1gbps.. barely. Overall I would recommend though, support is slow but eventually responds, can't comment on referral stuff, but no issues outside of what's advertised.
