Hostme provides a really solid reservation and table management platform for restaurants. From the guest side, having reservations, waitlists, and guest preferences managed in one place helps create a smoother dining experience. It's a great solution for restaurants looking to stay organized while making things easier and more convenient for their guests.
Finally, something that gives a seamless experience for getting in touch with the customers as they getting ready to the dinner. A trip to a restaurant is a spiritual thing and it is important to make it go smooth from the beginning to the end.
We have used Hostme for our online reservations and waitlist. It’s been great to have no limits to the covers and free SMS. It’s easy for our guests and very easy to train staff on.
When we’ve had questions, their chat support is a real person, and we’ve been able to schedule video calls for extra help, such as setting up our Mother’s Day Brunch. This was all included in our plan, the only thing we’ve paid extra for is the Meta link, to allow reservation buttons on Facebook and Instagram.
