I have previously given Horze.ie a 5 star rating as I have ordered goods, paid for them, been given an expected delivery period and they have arrived.
If an item needs to be returned, postage is paid by Horze.ie and I am promptly refunded.
Worth 5 stars.
Then in April of this year, I placed an order, a little more expensive than my usual, which included a dressage whip. The whip was packed and sent seperately and did arrive.
I was then waiting for the rest of my order but, it did not arrive as expected.
I emailed Customer services at Horze.ie and they said they would investigate the matter. We kept in touch by email and, as the Month of May passed, I was getting concerned that this was not going to end well for me. However, on Friday, I got an email saying I have been refunded for the items.
While I am disappointed not to be receiving my items, I am delighted the issue was resolved. Thank you Horze.ie
I have ordered from them again. Still deserving of 5 stars.

You know all those little things you forget when you are in a tack shop or visiting a stand at a show, like conditioner for leather riding boots, a pair of boot-pulls, a pair of gloves that actually fit my hands, oh, and replacement buttons for a riding jacket, got them all and more, a box of fiddly bits arrived as promised from horze.ie. Satisfied customer - YES - but now that I and my horse has everything we will have no excuse but to perform well at the next event :)

Delighted with my purchases .I order a bareback numnah it's fabulous and two full fly covers with nose protector on them .

They had a recall on there own brand back protector so I sent it back as requested and they emailed to confirm that they got it but they failed to refund me. Their phone number is not inservice so can't ring anyone. They just respond by email that it has been refunded but will not provide any refund number, time or date when requested and now won't reply to emails. I will have to go to the small claims court to get it sorted. A company to be avoided.

Neither product I ordered even vaguely corresponded to the size in which I ordered it. One pair of half chaps and a pair of breeches both of which ran grossly small and did not match the measurements on the size guide.
